If you’re doing sports that needs a good grip and especially pole, I highly recommend this. I used to use sticky molly but this has higher performance. It just dries your hands and you don’t slip . It’s great because it also lasts longer. I usually use it 2-3 times during an hour class. I finally managed to do my Ayesha thanks to this!!!

Very similar texture to dry hands and works very much in the same way. Dries clear, so there’s no white residue left like some liquid style chalks. Not sure it will have the longevity like dry hands does but time will tell. It was marginally cheaper, but the bottle is only 2 thirds full so in hindsight it’s probably the same ml to £. Definitely helps with pole grip.

I’ve tried a few grips but this one seems to work the best for me. Easy to wash off too.

This grip is a total lifesaver! I was struggling with sweaty hands during pole practice and kept sliding down like a sad fireman. Gave this a shot and wow—what a difference. It goes on easily, dries fast, and gives me just the right amount of grip without feeling sticky or gross. I can finally hold poses longer without feeling like I’m about to faceplant. If you’re tired of slipping mid-spin or losing confidence during climbs, this stuff seriously helps. I don’t train without it now!

It’s an ok alternative to Dry Hands but I find I have to reapply frequently during class because it stays on the pole rather than my skin. It takes a couple of washes to get off as well - I will wash my hands after class but still end up with residue on my steering wheel and my hands feeling sticky. I will probably still use this until I find a better product though only because Dry Hands is so hard to get.

Easy to use, a good size for the price knowing it's vegan, works well for me, good quality and has never leaked for me so far!

It's not the best but ok for training. It's not sticky which I actually was looking for but it dryies your hands. It leaves white residues and needs to be reapplied frequently if you have sweaty hands. After a while it gets slippery on the pole.

Great product, I do find it a tiny bit too expensive but it's definitely cheaper than other brands, considering it works really well. The product itself is great, but it would probably be more efficient if the bottle itself were different - not sure if it can be applied through a spray bottle instead, for example, it would spread more easily and wouldn't need to be reapplied as often. Overall I definitely recommend it if you use it for pole fitness.
