I've been taking this brand of Collagen for few months now and believe it is helping to strengthen my hair. I dissolve it in a small glass of water. I just chuck it down in a few swallows. The taste is a little unpleasant but not terrible. I tried adding it to my coffee, but it made it taste weird. And it's certainly helping my nails. I take it every morning.

Tasteless and easy to dissolve. I’ve been using this collagen daily for close to a year. I see a noticeable improvement in my skin.

I never use a collagen before, but I think it. Works. Easy to mix with milk

It did blend well, but it has a vomit like flavor. I put it in my coffee and it just taste terrible. I'll have to try a different approach, maybe a pineapple smoothie. I HATE wasting suppliments. VERY DISSATISFIED.

I’m disappointed because I compared the ingredients to the Market America Pure Collagen which is FANTASTIC, but the taste of Allmax I can’t get over.
