I’ve been using the KENT 16051 Hand Blender for some weeks now, and it’s been a high-quality addition to my kitchen. Beater Assecories not locked properly it's defective
Product is good , Machine working fine but the problem is when i was received this product i can see that one beater is locked with machine, and the other beater is not locked. I thought that the beater lockiyis defective so i request for replacement still i did not receive my replacement lets see what will happen.

Very nice product. Satisfied performance. Go for it. But before use see guidline on product about how should be position of dough blender.

Disappointing product and service
Very disappointing product. I switched it on for the first time and it immediately stopped working. When I contacted customer care, I was told that I need to visit a repair shop and pay for the replacement myself. This is completely unacceptable for a new product. Extremely poor quality and customer service.
