The bookplate is of sturdy materials and construction. The size is a good compromise of utility and portability. This will reduce my need for a separate ipad/music stand without adding much weight to my gig bag. Time will tell, but I think this product will work quite well for my needs. Bill

Due to the mysterious way my guitars keep multiplying, space in my music room continues to grow scarce, so I was pleased to add this elegant solution into the mix. It attached easily and securely to my favorite mic stand, eliminating the floor-consuming footprint of a full size music stand. Sturdy, with an adjustable tilt, it holds my music reference materials at a convenient height while I practice playing. Very pleased!

Works fine. Doesn't tighten down as much as I'd like, so has a little bit of slipppage if something on it has any weight. The whole thing is heavier than it needs to be.

This is exactly what I was looking for! I was lugging around a full music stand just to put my set list on. Holds 8x11” paper, could hold music sheet and pics and phone or small device. Metal, seems well made, attaches to mic stand, doesn’t scratch it. Great idea!

Adjustable, sturdy and functional. Easy to use, pack up, travel and reassemble. Overall just a great buy for the money. I like the vertical, thin design. Works well for my application. I use it while learning lyrics while I play guitar. So, mostly practice and recording situations.

Real bulky, takes up more realestate than what I was expecting.

I have used this for 2.5 years and it is clamped to my mic stand in my studio and it's much better than a stand that takes up more space. It can easily be moved up and down your stand, and by getting a magnet you can keep music sheets and lyrics on there, works great with smart phones, and tablets fit right on it!

The fact that this music stand mounts directly to my mic stand is so incredibly handy. It is definitely not too heavy for my mic stand, and fits both the larger and thinner aspects of my stand. The size is just what I needed; slightly larger than regular 8 1/2 x 11 paper. I bought magnetic clips to hold my paperwork in case of wind, and when I'm switching sheet music, I just throw the magnets on the back until I need them again. I like that it can be flattened out, too, in case I needed a little table. Great purchase; I'm super happy with it. Strong metal + good quality.
