21 Lessons: What I've Learned from Falling Down the Bitcoin Rabbit Hole

Overall I thought this was an interesting perspective on Bitcoin - I appreciated the fact that it was more philosophical, as there are already great books out there on the technical and financial components. I also appreciated that the book was a quick and easy read. Each section is nicely broken down and it was great being able to put the book down for a few days and pick it back up without missing a beat. Looking forward to the next book Gigi! I loved this book and (the author) Gigi's account of what he learned as he explored bitcoin. The writing is engaging and the order makes it easy to digest in well segmented "chunks". Browse and consume, flick forward, flick back - perfect! Firstly, its very relateable which makes for easy engagement in the content. Moreso though, the lessons Gigi learned were ones that either resonated because they were ones I'd learned, or completely intriguing because I hadn't explored or considered aspects or perspectives that Gigi brought. The way Gigi thinks and writes is incredibly engaging, and if you're curious to learn without being "driven" in any particular direction, this book is for you! Thoroughly recommended if you want to Grow your Know :-)

21 Lessons isn't trying to be yet another "Bitcoin for Dummies"—there's been plenty written generically attempting to explain how Bitcoin works. With 21 Lessons, Gigi takes a unique approach, leading readers on a tumble down more of a fun and philosophical Bitcoin rabbit hole. Bitcoin is a special topic, and this is a special Bitcoin book.

I wanted to know his experiences.

Gigi's 21 Lessons is required reading for understanding Bitcoin. There is probably no more incisive text out there. Moreover, Gigi is a huge contributor to Bitcoin education and development overall. Highly recommend buying and reading this book!

What I like about this book was it’s comparison to the classic tale of “Alice in Wonderland”. It went deep into the bitcoin Black Hole with each of the 21 lessons, there was history, math, physics, & computer science. It was an education in all those subjects and then some. After reading this I’m still yearning for more information. This book is great for anyone new to the bitcoin space & also the OG’s. If I could give 10 stars, I would because I couldn’t put this book down.

Okay, first, the generous, organised discourse on this thing called Bitcoin is a reaffirming read for crypto natives, which I enjoyed, However, there was nothing really thought provoking here. Nothing to help me on my journey. But for those not yet in the space, there’s still too much jargon and too much assumed knowledge to help them on their journey either. As such, despite the fact that I don’t regret reading this, I don’t think it really has an audience - good for all, great for none. A classic Three stars. A lot of pioneers in this space recommend this book, so maybe go with their 5-star reviews.

Gigi is one of the best minds in the Bitcoin space which of course one day will be known as the way we do money on planet Earth. This brilliant book beautifully displays and explains the need to know facts that make Bitcoin one of the most important, revolutionary and best inventions of all time.

A really nice, honest book from an author. A nice introduction to the topic, makes you want to follow the rabbit hole yourself:)

I simply have to say: if you any to understand what truly Bitcoin is and stay a head of time, then read this and dig more and dig even more! Get into the rabbit hole.
