My daughter has really gotten into chapter books over the past several months and while I tolerate most of them, I genuinely find these unique and entertaining. These books are a modern take on fairytales that encourage princesses (and girls) to follow their dreams and be more independent. Each book stands on its own and has a similar storyline. The two main characters, Abby and Jonah, start out at home (or school) with some kind of issue or concern. They go through a magic mirror and end up in a fairytale, where they accidentally or intentionally mess up the story and have to resolve it before going back through the mirror and getting home before their parents notice they are missing. Whatever happens in the story helps them to resolve their own issues back home. There is a recurring storyline about the existence of the magic mirror and the fairy trapped inside it, so I would recommend reading these books in order so as not to get confused. I highly recommend these books for any kids around 5-8 and my daughter and I are both anxiously waiting for her next book in the series. Good set
My eight year old really enjoys these books. She reads them a bit too quickly, but she definitely loves them. And that they correlate to Disney movies she loves

A hit with all of us!
My daughter (7) discovered these as audio books on the Epic! app from school. Now we listen to them on the way to and from school and my 5-year-old son loves them as well! I love the premise of the books, the fact that the protagonist is a smart, motivated 10-year old girl and that her 7-year-old brother is a prominent character too (so it really appeals to all kids). The writing is great and I find myself just as engaged as the kids are! Highly recommend the audio books, but also got the paperbacks and my daughter has been reading those also. Win-win!

So good!
I love these books. 10/10 highly recommended them!!! They’re high in AR points, but I think they’re a little more difficult than where they’re leveled at. My 2nd grader can read them, but we usually take turns reading to one another. They’re truly appropriate for this age, and the themes of friendship, strength, kindness, resilience, etc are so good! They put a modern, fun twist on classic fairy tales that breathe such new life into them! My daughter has never been huge until fairy tales but she really loves these fun stories. I’m so thankful we found this series!

Cute and Captivating Book Series
This book series has been a pleasure reading with my kiddos. I have an 8 and 13 year old who both ABSOLUTELY love this series! The books are captivating, adventurous, and has quite a bit of humor sprinkled throughout! They are based on old classics such as Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, etc, but with a twist. Definitely worth the money!

Great deal
My 10 year old loves these I was ordering 1 by 1 ,then came across this deal and it was so worth it. The smile on my daughter's face when she saw than. They are really engaging ,if I let her stay awake she will finish them in 1 night. I love that she loves reading but books are expensive and this was a great deal.
