Inserting the batteries was a little difficult but I love the different settings and how bright it gets!

Worked well so far. Modes are easy to toggle through and light weight to wear. Worth the price.

Very servicible light with multiple lighting options, including red. The red is not the brightest, but it works in seeing inside your deer blind during the dark without lighting up the whole area with white light. Not quite bright enough in the red mode for walking trails after dark, unless they are well marked or well known to you. The white bright levels are very functional and bright.

I’m certain that I’ve paid much more for comparable headlamps this bright. The housing is durable and doesn’t feel cheap. These were such an awesome find that I have since bought another set and intend to buy another. Inexpensive enough to leave in each car, my office and have around the house when the next tree falls and kills the power, or the kids take the dog for a walk at night. Haven’t measured how long batteries last but I can say we’ve been camping twice in the last month, kids have them on all night and I haven’t changed the batteries. If I had to guess I’d say easily been used 15 hrs and still running on 3 AAA. The band is soft and very adjustable from child to adult. There is both red and white light. Let me say “ I don’t like the dark”. That being said The white light is very bright and blinding if you look directly at it. I feel comfortable and secure in my surroundings in the darkest dark while camping! The red light is more of a safety light, gets lots of attention And seen from far off but does not cast a beam very far. It is ample enough to search around in a dark car or tent and not disturb anyone greatly. Hope this helps. In the end it is a great headlamp and I highly recommend for the quality and price for 2. Promise you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent. Bright, wide-ranging light, comfortable headband. Just what I was looking for.

Picked these up on a lightning deal, $10 for two headlamps ($2 off). I had a chance to put one through its paces over several nights and am very pleased with the quality and light capabilities. Pro's * headlamp can change through 4 different angles and does NOT change while running or bouncing around * operating it is straight-forward and buttons are simple to use compared to another brand I purchased recently: Click the right button to toggle between the white-light settings, click the left button to toggle between red and flashing red/green * light settings go from mid-to-bright white, then mid-to-bright flood * the entire battery housing has a rubber seal around it to keep moisture out (they look like they could be submerged, I don't intend to find out... willingly) * adjustable headband seems durable and returns to normal after stretching around an otherwise big head * instructions are easy enough and numbers included if there are ay issues Fair * the headband works fine, but to adjust you need to lift up the band and adjust from the underside vs. top. Better to take off, adjust, and put back on * the flood-light mode is fair to good, but that might just be my use. I tend to prefer the direct, bright light, although trying flood inside for this review I can see some benefit Overall, $10 was very well spent with redundancy, $12 if you miss the coupon. I would buy them again if needed.

A little too bright for my liking, great headlamps but I wish it had a steady red light and not just the emergency flashing red.... But those features are probably super nice if you're stuck in the mountains or forest though.
