Nature's Bounty Vitamin B Complex sublingual Liquid, 2 Oz (Pack of 2)

I love this stuff. I've bought it many times and it gives you a real lift each time I use it. Vitamin B's are water soluble which means that you cannot take too much. I take a little more than 1/3 dropper daily. It has a pleasant, almost sweet taste which though, does not linger, so you can drink coffee (or whatever) right after and still taste that good coffee. The lift comes on evenly, yet very truly so you will not feel it like a buzz and it does not cause any hand shaking like extra caffeine might. You just suddenly realize later you are bright, alert and not ready to doze. I'm sure this also depends on what you may have eaten if you do, before or after taking it, as some foods produce low blood sugar after an hour or so anyway and give us that slump feeling. (This is the time when I usually take the B, or late at night, especially if I am driving). Vegetarians should use this for the B6 and B12 especially, which by the way, help beat back canker, cold sores, shingles or any of the myriad herpes family viruses, like L-Lysine does (I take both when affected though the L-Lysine (also water soluble) is of most expedient value for quick relief and healing).

I got this deal, normally I buy from CVS. But I found it here for cheaper price, same product. And I even get 1 extra for the same price of 1. My body absorbs these vitamins so fast I feel it in minutes. The taste is not bad, I got used to it, easy to swallow since it’s liquid, even my son which is 5 years old takes it sublingual. It changed our mood, to be better, my son isn’t so antsy, I feel extremely confident and comfortable, it takes away my anxiety and worries.

Easy to use, absorbs into system quickly, provides a gentle burst of energy, nice taste. I do not want or drink as much caffeine when I am using this product.

Great and reliable product. I will continue to purchase. As an aging woman it has helped me so much, in so many ways. Muscle fatigue is becoming a thing of the past!

Just what I wanted! Easy to use!

I have been using Nature's Bounty Liquid B-Complex for many years off and on. I recently decided to start using this again because I was fatigued all the time and needed an energy boost. I remembered that it worked for me before and it still does works the same. I use the sublingual doses 2 or 3 times per day and I do get a little boost of energy on most days that allows me to make it through the day without being completely exhausted. When I compare to having to go to a doctor to get a B shot, several times a week, this is a better deal for me. I don't have to drive, it's a lot less expensive and it works well enough. Not a miracle cure or treatment for anything but it does what I need it to do which is give me a couple extra hours where I have enough energy to manage my life.

I have been using this B complex supplement for years now. The absorption is superb. The taste is great. The resulting energy boost is equally amazing. I have only good things to say about this supplement. Just be careful not to spill any of this liquid as it kinda stains everything red-orange!

I have used this brand for a few years now. Very happy. I stopped using for a while and could see a difference when I did. Brain fog was horrible.
