Worked and solved the leaky faucet problem

Easy Installation
Cartridge was easy to install into shower column and was able to regulate the temperature of the water easily. So it works.

The old thermostatic was broken and we were lucky that Amazon carries the part.
This part is not for the amateur plumber. Hire a professional.

Don't waste your money!
This valve allowed crossover between hot & cold water, which caused erratic water temperature & a periodic irritating harmonic sound. I would definitely not recommend this product.

Was happy to find this valve. Saved me from replacing hole wall unit. Works like new.

It fits and works, but valve is not exactly as pictured
I spent an extra $15 on this item because it was the only photo on Amazon that matched my old valve exactly. But guess what - even though the shipped valve works OK, it does not look exactly like my old valve - it looks exactly like the cheaper valves which I could have gotten much faster, as well as $15 less. Also, the temperature limiter ring did not fit properly, even though this valve is supposed to be specifically for the Valore shower unit I have. Fortunately, the old ring fit OK, so I was able to use that. Back in operation, but at a penalty in time and $. Hoodwinked!!!

Shower unit replacement cartridge for temperature control made from good quality brass. Too bad the diverters are no longer available for the Valore Serenity Plus
