Well worth the money
Excellent product. I have been taking it for a year and it works very well. It's all natural which is so important to me.

No fillers
This product does not contain any fillers. Many supplements contain them & don’t have enough of the main ingredient. This one does.

Large pills.
Like the calcium tablets. I'm on chemo and thay have helped keep my calcium level up. Have to warn you though. They are as big as your thumb and if your mouth decides your not going to swallow them that day, you probably wont.

Better this in capsules instead tablets
I took these pills a while ago and stopped. They are a good quality but they have huge tablets. Why other GAIA supplements are in capsules? Why they can't do Calcium in capsules too?

Vegan,.contains all-important K2
I like that this product contains a synergistic blend of calcium magnesium D and K2 (K 7 derived), and otjer minerals, and it's vegan. Without K2,.calcium cannot be absorbed but instead does to arteries!

See a difference in nails
This stuff definitely works when I use it regularly. I see a difference in my nails and skin and when I forget to use it, my nails get a little bit brittle. The combination of supportive supplements as well as the calcium is how you should be taking calcium.
