When you hand wash items, for sticky things like pb these are easy to use and toss. Lots for not much money. Fairly sturdy too.

We are working our way through the 2nd order of these. They are nice and sturdy. They don't tend to flex nor are the brittle... it really takes a lot of prying to get them to break. We routinely use them to cut up food for an elderly person. And, of course, they are good for things like spreads and such. So, they don't flex in either orientation. A few of the blades looked scuffed, likely due to the bulk packaging. And, we would prefer to buy these in white. But, these are minor concerns. We don't tolerate wimpy cutlery at any price. These are indeed heavy weight and a great value.

I am very happy with these knives. They are good quality and reasonably priced.
