Amazing! I wish I had taken before pictures so I could post a before and after comparison. This took years away my forehead. I had a session at a spa for >$100 dollar. I didn’t see any effect which didn’t motivate me to spend more money. Besides, that is expensive. I gave the roller a try not expecting much. After 3x rolls, I have the results I would gladly had spent more $$$ at the spa. The roller is beyond amazing!!!

Use it to prevent hair loss. Probably working. Probably going to buy another one when this one dies

why would someone only sell the head of the item. I should have read fine print.

This isn't a miracle tool, and it won't do what a professional microneedling will. However, I've been using it on my very loose and crepey belly skin, along with vitamin c serum, for a year. The skin has improved so much. The transformation is astounding for such a cheap tool.

I was hoping for hair growth where I was losing it. Got an infection first use.

Overall I think this is a good product if you like dermarolling and/or find it helpful. Two of the heads I got were lovely. The other didn't seem to turn smoothly on its axle, and it feels like a few of the needles might be bent?

Does the job. Value for money. It’s a bit hard to remove head but other then that it’s great. It was recommended on a beauty site as the best 10 derma roller to use at home. It’s true!
