I absolutely love these cameras. I do highly recommend getting a solar panel charger for each one you have, but these cameras are far superior to any others we have used. They have their own base for storage and it holds a LOT.....literally like two years of four cameras worth of footage! They are easy to install, set up and adjust when/if needed. They have spotlights, night vision, an alarm I can set off on the camera and base using the app, and many other amazing features. It is so easy to adjust the settings and the picture is high quality. The sound also picks up very well. I have some in the house, some under cover outside and some in the rain and haven't had an issue with any of them because of how well made and durable they are! I highly recommend them.

Does a good job of doing what it does. Nice images, good low light color, and also black and white. I tend to stay with color images, even at night, as I have enough light to support it. If not, the black and white is good as long as it has something to bounce the IR light off of. IR light doesn't do well when looking at vegetation, as it gets absorbed by that. But if bouncing off of objects like cars, cement. blacktop, etc. it does much better. Integrated with other Eufy cams already being used, and this was being used to replace a 2C pro that got damaged and video images are cloudy. It records to the base, and then backs up to the cloud for a fee, which I gladly pay for. The sound is pretty good too, can hear noises well and help to discern what is going on when something is recorded and can't see anything obvious. A good choice, the quality of the video is certainly good enough for many looking for an observation camera to keep track of things around your home. At no point has anyone stolen the camera, even though it sits on a flower pot hanging pole in garden, with a solar panel attached to that same pole, both with magnetic mounts (sold separately) that screw into those devices.

I bought this to add to my set up. Great system at a reasonable price with no subscription required. Easy to set up and connect to wifi. Decent video quality and has held up well outside in the elements. My only complaint is that its all on your phone, I wish there was a dedicated app for PC.

I have to be honest with you. I do not understand some of these negative reviews. There were so many recent ones clustered together that it almost prevented me from ordering the system. But then I said how bad could it be? And if it’s not bad I’ll just return it. It probably arrive 24 hours after I ordered it and it took me an entire 25 minutes to download the app set up the system and get the cameras online. Mounting was a breeze. I agree with some of the reviews in which a magnetic mounting system might be better. But for what I’m using it for it works just fine. I don’t look forward to having to get a step ladder out to charge them every time they need to be charged. But what are you gonna do. As far as performance. They function exactly how advertised. For me, the quality is good enough. The app functions fine. The night vision in motion sensors work fine for me. And the spotlight really helps to enhance nighttime vision. The app is very intuitive and easy to use. I did shut down some of the alerts because it got a little annoying. But you can also customize a specific setting that works for you. And that would be for all of your cameras. As far as battery charge, it’s a little too soon for me to comment on and maybe I’ll update my review down the road. The cameras have only been on the house for about two weeks now. But really, if you’re looking for a security system for your home, I would recommend this one for sure for ease-of-use, easy set up, and overall functionality. For some of those negative reviews, for what you were looking for, you need to be shopping in a much higher price point than this. You were looking for commercial quality security cameras. And they cost thousands of dollars, not under 200.

Bought a Eufy system years ago and have been adding to it. The system is great, the app is perfect and the quality of the video is great. I will continue to add to our system. Depends on the activity on the cameras when you have to charge them, not a big issue though. Bought the solar panel and so far it seems to help.

Good product"BUT"they don't seem to last more than two years? We even installed the solar charger on the camera and and they don't seem to last!! This will be the last one we purchase! They will eventually make one that lasts in our Canadian weather! Too bad!

Easy setup , app is easy to work . I have 5 cameras all solar powered it’s been 3 weeks of mostly rain and still 100% battery charged with the cams on 24/7 . I have one setup on my perimeter fence 75ft away from base unit and signal is strong works great . With no monthly fees these cams are a no brainer
