Core Max PRO

After my husband purchased this product for himself, he wouldn't stop talking about it! I've needed something to help me with push ups, sit ups, and strengthening (to flatten) my tummy area and strengthening my upper arms. He highly recommended this Core Max Pro to me. He suggested I start with 10 minutes a day and work up from there. The 10 minutes went by so fast because I was actually enjoying the workout I was getting- (GASP!) - Already after a couple of days I could already feel the effects-as if I'd been doing a longer and harder workout!! I'm SUPER confident I'm on my way to a better ME! Thank you to all those involved in the designing and creation of this fantastic workout tool!

I'm a 265 pound woman who struggles with sit ups. This little machine works my core and has my abs feeling the burn while also aiding me in the up and down movement without taking the burn out of the workout. Not only that, there are many variations of how to use this machine with different workouts. With a good change in eating, I've lost 15 pounds since using it before every meal. Feels like a good workout without stressing your back and the pad is good for that butt bone. Just an all around good investment. Oh, also it came in the box already assembled. I literally just pulled it out and started using it. Light enough for me to move around with one hand. Okay, I think that's it LOL love this thing!

Nice about cor workout product. Easy to use and comfortable. Except it slides on the ground. It probably wouldn't on carpet or a yoga mat. Nice size, but not good for storage. It's a pretty bulky item. It's a good value for the price and it's sturdy overall.

I’ve always had a difficult time with sit-ups even when I was in shape. It always hurt my back & spine. I started using this the day I got it & I could do 25 sit-ups. Now I do 100 to 150 sit-ups morning & another 100 to 150 sit-ups every night. I’m strengthening up my core & I’m losing inches. If you are struggling if you should buy this or not do yourself a favor & buy it! You will not regret it.

It worked for a while however does not fully work with us size queen More for medium to small who want to tone up

My friend suggested I try the Core Max Pro. So glad I did. Gives great back support and stability while working your abs. Highly recommend.

I've had this product for little over a month and it is already making the squeaking noise a similar item I owned began to make before it broke. I'm afraid to use it at this point because I don't want it to break and possibly injure myself. It shouldn't be that difficult to manufacture these products so the springs are sturdy and stay in place, I just know if I continue using it the spring will snap. This happened with the last item like this I had, the spring snapped and it caused one of the metal arms to collapse and break in two. Not recommended

Fixed resistance level, limited adjustment, plus sample movemets in the brochure that border on the ridiculous. Better off buying some cheap exercise bands and/or performing some good old fashioned pushups, crunches, squats, lunges, bridges, etc. They'll not only benefit the entire body but increase your core strenth 100 times more than this piece of junk.

Glad with the purchase, still working well. Hope the springs doesnt break in the extensive usage over the months.

Si te ayuda sobre todo a hacer correctamente las abdominales, pero del resto de ejercicios posibles, la mitad no son nada cómodos de hacer sobre todo de pierna, se desacomoda constantemente. No trae instructivo o sugerencia de ejercicios con las ligas.
