I like these razors but they seem to fail after a couple of years and I have to but new ones. I have checked the contacts and also suggestions on line to no avail. I have 3 of these as well as a couple of failed ones.

My original lasted a full five years before I needed to replace. The new black color/version is awesome. Highly recommend.
