SteelSeries Apex 7 TKL Mechanical USB Gaming Keyboard

pretty good. had the apex pro V3, essentially the same minus the actuation controls and omni point switches for half the price. this one takes up two usb ports which is not the best but still. worth it for someone who likes the true mechanical TKL Style keyboard with out paying too much money. definitely worth it if you’re in between.

This keyboard feels high quality and types smoothly, i’ve had a few mechanical keyboards and this one surely is the best i’ve owned.

Great little keyboard for gaming! It’s compact, responsive, and the lights look really cool. Perfect for saving space and still getting a good gaming experience. Definitely worth it!

My first attempt at a mechanical keyboard wasn't impressive. I liked all the features, rgb looked great, having a pass thru USB port is helpful. I wasn't used to the feel of the keys, but it wasn't bad and with a little time I'm sure it would have felt natural. What I couldn't get used to, and what was driving my wife who shares the home office mad, was the noise. Keys are far from silent and it just doesn't work in a shared space.

My only minor gripes are that the wrist rest's soft-touch coating might wear over time, and the software occasionally needs a restart to apply new settings. At this price point, it's not the cheapest option, but the build quality, features, and performance justify the investment. It's an excellent choice for both serious gamers and professionals who appreciate a high-quality mechanical keyboard.
