Worked well. When tightened it was 8 3/4” not 10".
I bought it thinking I would use the 9" inner pattern. After putting it on, I'm not sure what 9" shrank to exactly, but it no longer would've worked. The 10" fit my squirrel cage and I believe it was something like 8 3/4 after it was tightened. It seemed like it would be strong enough. I put RED loctite on the stud dealio. I should've used a lock washer! Which it should come with!! I works well for the price. The way the arms are connected to the center band make it so even if the tack welds fail they will still be held down by the tension of the bracket.

Sturdy & Perfect fit
A+. Takes a small bit of work to align the fins, however it makes a really good adaption for a non GE motor to mount correctly. Solid steel frame, better than expected. Installed & ready in 25 min. Will buy again. Used to replace GE Motor 5KCP39NG Overall Saved $125 from buying one with welded parts. Very satisfied.

Worked well, but not the brand I ordered
Was sent a Supco equivalent model. Worked exactly the same. Worked well for replacing an old blower motor that wasn’t made any more. Only had to fudge it a little to line up with the original holes.

Good Quality Bracket
Needed this bracket after upgrading our HVAC motor to a higher HP. Bracket worked exactly as it should and appears to be made from good quality metal.

Arrived on expected date
Did not like that there was no tracking number. It was as described arrived on time

48Y Frame Match!
Broken arm, get this! One of the mounting arms for my A/C motor broke off. Bought this bracket instead of buying a new motor. It worked! Install was super easy. The time consuming part was removing the spot welds off the motor. But the effort with the angle grinder was well worth it. I used a spare lock nut and washers for the bolt in addition to some thread locker. It wasn't a tough job, but it was in an awkward position so I didn't want to have to get in the again. Pros: Exact 48Y frame mounts, same gauge as original arms, nice thick band all the way around the motor. Cons: Slightly smaller grommets than the original (negligible), lack of lock nut or washers.

Great product
Worked well for me w/o any issues. Unlike some comments, I didn’t have by issues during mounting multiple times. Recommend it.
