This is the easiest filter system to operate. I had my cousin install the system. Now it’s time to change the filters out. I watched the videos ispring have posted so I’m a well informed 66 year old woman. I encountered no problems or mess. There wasn’t any leakage. The filter replacement was very easy. Quality of parts excellent. Most importantly my water tastes so good. Much better than bottled.

Best tasting water! What a huge difference in what we used to get out of our tap that tasted like dirt. Water pressure is good. We even ran a line to the cold water on the refrigerator. Easy to install, no regrets!

This was a great set to replace the filters on my iSpring Reverse Osmosis Water System. Everything I needed was included and the kit is good for 2 years! Very convenient to ensure my system continues to provide quality tasting water for the family. I also wanted to give a big shoutout to Sean from iSpring. I did not know what system I had so I called the iSpring help desk and Sean answered. He quickly identified the system and found the best deal available for my system. Sean also provided videos with step-by-step instructions that explained how to change the filters. When the package arrived, I noticed that the fittings on the new filters were different from what I had so I reached out to Sean and he sent out a conversion kit right away. After replacing all my filters, I noticed a beeping sound whenever I used the faucet so I reached out to Sean once again and he worked with me to quickly resolve the issue. This was such great customer service! Thank you Sean for all your help!!

Folks, Unfortunately, the water in the part of NC that I live in is substandard. And I have spent countless hours researching and have owned several different water filtration systems over the past decade+. I have learned lots of lessons along the way to include the importance of making sure water filter is NSF certified. I can say without a doubt, my iSpring RO water filter with UV sterilizer is the best by far. Not only for performance, but also for the price to purchase and maintain. In my house, we only drink and cook with water from our RO filter! Great purchase, well worth the investment!

Hi, this company is great, their customer service is excellent, I contacted Sean at iSpring, I let him know that I was having an issue with my RO tank keeping pressure and I only had a slow trickle of water coming out if the spigot. I followed the instructions to trouble shoot the pressure problem and after identifying that it was the Tank, Sean sent me a new tank, I installed it and now my RO iSpring unit is functioning beautifully with a steady stream of water coming out of the spigot. What great customer service! I was able to get a hold of Sean very easily and he sent out the new tank very quickly. This is a great company, thanks again Sean.

Direct replacement worked great!

I purchased the iSpring RCC1UP-AK 7-Stage water filtration system in 2018, and have subsequently purchased replacement filter cartridges numerous times. They come well-packed and labelled. There was a slight problem with my UV light heating-up the water, but within one day of an inquiry (responded to by Nick), the issue was identified, and a new unit was sent immediately. I would not hesitate to get an iSpring unit or their replacement filters again.

You receive 6 of the cheap carbon and sediment filters and the like, which you replace every 6-12 months, but only 1 of the Reverse Osmosis filters that you replace every 1-3 years. It would have been much appreciated to have at least 2 reverse osmosis elements.

Great filters, and we lover the water after its filtered, Sadly had to pay import tax and did not get discount, so a bit expensive.
