Life-changing comfort and exceptional quality
The Bio Bidet BB-2000 Bliss has been, without exaggeration, one of the best investments I’ve made for my home and daily comfort. The build quality is outstanding. Everything feels solid, thoughtfully designed, and built to last. Installation was straightforward, and once in place, the difference it makes is immediate. The water pressure is fully adjustable and incredibly effective, while still being gentle. The heated seat, warm air dryer, and endless warm water elevate the experience to a level of comfort I didn’t realize I was missing before. What truly stands out is the consistency and precision. Every function works smoothly and reliably. It leaves you feeling genuinely clean and refreshed — something toilet paper alone simply cannot achieve. Beyond comfort, it also brings peace of mind from a hygiene standpoint. After using this, going back to a standard toilet feels incomplete. Absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Clean your booty!
I don’t usually leave reviews and I will follow up on this one in a few months.. I just installed the Bio Bidet 2000 and messed around with all of its functions to make sure everything worked. Installation was super easy — I’m definitely a DIY person, but it only took about 30 minutes and I think anyone could do it. Everything you need is in the box, I only needed a wrench to remove my old bidet that did not have warm water. The instructions are super clear. I didn’t need to call a plumber or buy any extra parts. The heated seat is amazing, and I like that you can change the temperature of the seat and the temperature of the water. The water pressure and temperature settings are easy to adjust, and the warm air dryer actually works really well. The remote control has a lot of buttons so I think it is a little confusing initially, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. The nightlight is nice, but I prefer not to have one so the ability to turn it off is wonderful and I’m happy that it’s there. It feels really solid and well-made, and I love the soft close lid. It is a bit noisier than my old bidet, but it also has a lot more functions instead of just shooting out cold water so that does make sense and the little noises may lesson with time as the functions get used more. If you’re on the fence, just do it, you can always return it if you hate it, but you probably won’t.

Lots of research prior to buying - BB2000 was an excellent choice
I had never bought a bidet prior to this one, the BB2000. I"ve traveled Europe a bit, and even Japan, kept wondering "what do they know that we don't know? (Americans who mostly don't use bidets)". Now I get it. I"ve had the BB2000 for 4 weeks now, thus I"ll impart some comments to hopefully assist others. Choice of this bidet vs other products will be a theme here since it occupied most of my time being a new buyer. Price: I researched all the "luxury" bidets with a target range of price of 300-600. Couldn't stomach going over that price for something on the toilet and new to my experience. But then again, if your rectum is happy all day, and not itching or whatever, you'd pay that price easily right? Still, there aren't many in the ultra range above this price level, so I set my ceiling at 600. Features: 1. Lid automatic. Not important to me, and likely not desired. Wife likes to keep the lid up at all times. Moved this down on the list of interest. 2. Water stream/pressure. This is kind of the point of the whole thing, which in the end (that's a pun) made it THE most important thing. The BB2000 gets marks across all reviews as the most powerful pressure. I find the higher pressure selection (some people call it the enema stream) as a great feature when one wants a little extra pressure/stream. One can always back it down with the multitude of adjustments/selections in this bidet. Thus, start at the top and work your way down means select the best pressure for water. This consideration/feature tipped the scales to buy the BB2000. I"m very pleased we made this choice as the other features just are of lesser interest/function comparatively. 3. Install. Took me about 20 minutes. Easy. I did swap out the hose on my initial toilet water inlet. All the necessary pieces come with the BB2000, awfully pleased at that as I made no extra purchases or stops at the hardware store. 4. White vs "biscuit" color. I have a biscuit color toilet with all other seats prior as that color. But, I had no interest in paying an extra 200 bucks for white vs tan... and chose white. Looks great! I'd choose white again for sure. The unit is large enough that it'll block all other colors and our room is not ultrabright lights to show the contrast. 5. Night light. The BB2000 has a "soft blue" glow. I can take it or leave it - not a key feature to me. Wife likes it though, so I"ll put in a checkmark in that column. Initially I wondered about the side light vs the bowl light in other products. The side is perfectly fine, and I don't need to have any other light for my late night stream aim. I kinda like the side light better actually. 6. Remote. Really? all these people complaining about the remote? I think it's great, so does the wife. I like using the remote without having to wiggle around looking for/at the buttons on the seat or on an arm. THe remote here for BB2000 is super easy and always works, at least thus far in 4 weeks. Someone complained that they had to "aim" the IR beam at the seat in one review I saw. I can't believe that as we aim it in any direction ...actually we don't aim it at all... and it works great. It's a little larger than I thought it would be - about 50% larger and longer than a deck of playing cards. I like this size. The install on the wall is an adhesive, and a must for ease of setting it down/removal for use. Love the remote. Other complaints were about the lack of a back light in the buttons. That was something I considered, but after a few uses, one figures out the location of the buttons one desires quickly...it's not that complicated. Plus, the blue night light resolves that issue. No concern. Love the remote. 7. Dryer. Really? someone on a review said it correctly when they stated one shouldn't expect a hand-dryer power like that in a public restroom...and that puts it into perspective. True, the flow of air does come from center left (when seated) with a little more on the left butt/glute than the right. But for me, it has plenty of air flow. Now, I"m 6 feet tall and 170 lbs. If I were significantly "larger" in weight or height, I think this would be more of a problem. In the end, pat to dry is what most people likely do anyway with one or two sheets (vs using multiple more for wiping instead of the bidet). Okay, criticisms: -I can't really cite any issues. Install was super easy. Features including remote are great. Looks super. Odor control is fine, but not awesome. -I will say that I wonder if alot of the negative concerns are from larger people in height and/or weight? On the whole, this is a "smaller" seat. I don't think it would do well for someone 250+ lbs or 6'4" or taller. But then, the whole bidet experience is likely challenged for those folks who carry alot of extra weight/mass is what I"m guessing. If I were larger, I would research that angle quite a bit for a larger seat in length and width. As a person new to the bidet gig, I did alot of research on the different products and tried to figure out the key differences and critically explore which features were worth paying for. Hopefully this review saves the next person some effort. I bought my BB2000 off of Amazon. A key competitor in my research was the matched in price Toto product. I did look at about 4 or 5 other company product lines, but narrowed it two these two companies. As stated above, I finally bought this one as I was convinced it offered the "industry best" pressure in water. That may or may not be true, but water pressure was key in my selection, satisfaction with the BB2000, and I've been very happy with it.

Good product, nice features, easy to install if you have electrical outlet nearby.
This bidet toilet seat was so easy to install and seems to work fine, although I didn't want to hire an electrician to install an outlet, so I just ran an extension cord, which doesn't look great, but I didn't want to spent more money on this bidet toilet seat. I like the blue night light and where it is located on the seat, but wish it had a sensor to make it go off in daylight (save electricity, right?). I just turn it off manually every morning. The heated seat is nice when it is cold, but I live in SoCal, so that rarely happens. The warm water feature is really nice, volume and force is good, but I still feel I need to use toilet paper when finished. Love the slow close lid and odor eliminator features, they work great! Overall, nice product, but pricey with all the features. In summary, I don't think this is a must have. Moist wipes work just as well and are much cheaper. As I get older, I may come to appreciate this bidet toilet seat more. Lastly, I was able to sit on my old toilet seat lid when closed, but this one I can’t, so definitely miss that feature!

Excellent product. Packaged very well. Unpacking went smoothy. Reviewing the instructions, I found them just a tad lacking,...but as you progress with the install it starts to become self explanatory. Unit comes with a new water supply hose for your toilet, which is not common these days. All install parts required were supplied, including batteries for the remote. Installation proper was straight forward and unchallenging. The installed unit baffled me for a few minutes, until I discovered the receiver for the remote was on the RH side of the seat. Bidet operation was intermittent until I held the remote in my right hand, and beside my right leg. This placed the remote in closer proximity to the reciever and everything worked perfectly. We live in an area where our water pressure is lower than what you find in a city setting. I studied bidets and water pressure. The Bio Bidet BB 1000 and 2000 models always reviewed highest for water pressure delivered to your bottom. The 1000 is actually better for delivered water pressure. But the 2000 supplies endless warm water to your bottom, where the 1000 has a limited supply of warm water, after which cold water is applied to your bottom. So we opted for the 2000 and find its water pressure more than adequate,. however I typical utilize the highest pressure option the 2000 delivers. Our sewer system is a septic system. Our toilet paper usage has plummeted since installing the BB 2000. Its crazy how much TP we used before the bidet. Its also crazy how much cleaner you feel after using a bidet over TP. Its seriously leaves you feeling like you just stepped out of the shower. I now dread using another, bidetless toilet for my #2's. And upon returning home I promptly visit my BB 2000 to "freshen up." Just get one. You'll feel so much cleaner it'll make everyday brighter and happier.

I bought this on the recommendation from a friend who had the same model. This friend, being originally from Europe, was familiar with various bidets since they are commonplace there. Whereas, in North America, bidets and bidet seats are (sadly) rare. After having used this bidet seat for a couple years now I can say I am extremely happy to have purchased it. It's a game changer, and anytime I have to use a toilet without a bidet seat I cringe! I can't believe that washing our bums after going "#2" isn't the norm. Well, it is in my household and everyone loves it. The product itself is solid and there have been zero issues with it so far. The plumbing is easy to install. The only downside of the overall install is that you need an electrical outlet nearby, and preferably one with a dedicated circuit to be used solely by the bidet seat unit. For me this wasn't an issue since I'm an electrician. For others, this may be an additional expense. But this isn't a knock on the product in anyway. One other thing I would mention is this, depending on the distance the toilet tank is from the bowl, this will influence if some of the bowl space is nulified. In other words, you may lose some "working space" in front of you when sitting down. Unfortunately, I can't provide specifics on the best measurements to look for as the tank relates to the bowl and how the seat is mounted because there are dozens of different toilets available. At the end of the day, it's not a deal breaker but it is a minor inconvenience in our situation. Overall, totally recommend the BioBidet BB2000R.

I have been a proponent of bidets for some time. We had them in a previous home (the seperate units) and they were great! I have been looking to install one in our Master Bathroom for some time, and I finally managed to run an electrical line when we were doing some other renovations. My research indicated the BB2000 is reliable, and a quality piece of "equipment". I heartily concur. Installation was a piece of cake, I had it up and running within a half hour. I followed the instructions, which were simple and straightforward. Having done the install and checked all the points for leaks etc., when the time came for actual use it proved it's advertising.... warm to warmer water consistently, great pressure for regular and enema jets, and a variety of options on positioning and temperature. The self cleaning nozzle has worked well and the warm toilet seat, and bottom blow drier are great. The remote is clear and easily followed. I like the energy saver too when I know I am not going to be around for a bit... I can say I am completely satisfied with this bidet and recommend it with no reservations..
