Been using these ladyfingers for years ... quality is high, taste is phenomenal, and making tiramisu (several varieties, including layers of jam) always brings praise ... always carry several packs on hand to make tiramisu in less than one hour ... simply the best ...

I use these in many deserts because they are simply the best. My Italian cookbooks all recommend this brand specifically. I was concerned that they would be stale but not the case at all. Every single time I order these they taste very fresh. I think that is because they are wrapped inside the package as well in the case. That is nice since you may not need to use them all. There are 2 big differences with these compared to other brands. They have the perfect amount of sweetness. Most others have too much sugar and end up tasting like a sugar cookie which can overpower and sometimes ruin your dessert. Second they hold their texture and even over night do not end up mushy like other brands. They are 4 inches long and I cant recall any of my orders having broken fingers in them. These are a must if you are making tiramisu in order to avoid the mushy problem. I would advise you to look at your recipe carefully and don't assume you will need the entire package and open all the cookies because this is a big bag. You can leave the ones you do not need sealed in their plastic and use for later because they will stay fresh if you did not open them. I've bought these for tiramisu several times now and it comes out PERFECT every time! Usually I find tiramisu can get WAY too soggy, but these are SO perfectly dense that the texture stays perfect even after sitting for days (on the rare occasion it even lasts that long LOL)

They're perfect for tiramisu. They're firm, so they work perfectly with coffee.

They were very carefully wrapped and shipped. They are perfect for a tiramisu. I eat them as biscuits and they are crisp. They are not very fragrant. Best with something on them or dipped. I won’t purchase again

I googled beforehand and saw that this is marked as halal. Please research on your own I made tiramisu today with just decaf coffee, heavy whipping cream, a little sugar , cacao powder and these ladyfingers It turned out amazing One packet comes with a lot!

Excellent cookies that work well in Tiramisu!

I purchased it for Tiramisu and was so worried they would be too hard. We are used to the Kroger kind, they are soft and once done, you can eat Tiramisu with your gums. But not only are they expensive for the oz offered in the package, they are not even available 24/7, you have to drive around different Kroger stores to find it. So I decided to try these and was concerned it would be bready/crumby in the end. I dipped them well in the Kahlúa/Espresso mixture and voila, the result was amazing. They were soaked through perfectly and no one noticed the difference. The only thing I had to do was scrape off the glaze as the recipe had enough sugar already and I didn’t want to make it too sweet not knowing how much sweetness the glaze was going to add. That’s why we like the Kroger kind, no sweetness. I will try next time to change the amount of sugar in the recipe and not to scrape the glaze off. Other than that, these ladyfingers didn’t disappoint. I will buy again.
