After being diagnosed with leukemia, I was recommended to try Greens First. Initially, I was skeptical about drinking a green drink, but the mint flavor in this product makes it so refreshing and easy to consume. I actually look forward to having it each day! One time, I ran out and decided to buy a different brand locally. The taste was absolutely awful compared to Greens First, and I regretted not having my usual supply. Now, I always keep a backup canister of Greens First so I never run out. If you're looking for a green drink that not only supports your health but also tastes great, I highly recommend Greens First. It's become a staple for me, and I truly believe in its benefits!

Best green drink on the market! I've been drinking this for years and it's the only green drink that I actually like! It has a fresh, slightly minty flavor that is neither cloying nor overly sweet.

We started using Greens First in 2013 when I was diagnosed with cancer. It was recommended to us by a family member whose spouse also battled cancer. Concerned that chemo would affect my appetite we gave this a try to provide my body with the nutrients it needed. Thankfully I never experienced nausea or loss of appetite but still took this every day during treatment since I was not getting in enough fruits and vegetables in my normal diet. After being in remission and life moving on I didn't make Greens First a priority and only took it occasionally. Then mid 2015 when I became pregnant I immediately ordered more. I took it faithfully during the nine months of pregnancy and for several months while breastfeeding. I truly believe it gave my body the nutrients it needed to be healthy and strong. I find it easiest to take first thing in the morning and mainly supplement this for breakfast. I recommend getting the Chocolate Booster. This product has a minty taste and wasn't pleasant to my taste buds in the beginning but after adding the chocolate booster and some time I found the taste appealing. Several of my family members use Greens First now and have positive things to say about it too.

I hesitated as I don’t like drinking green colored anything but this tasted good if very cold, I feel btr and like giving myself these nutriants

This is the best greens powder I've had. I like a powder that I can drink on its own, rather than having to mix with juice to make it ok. It's very minty, which distracts you from what you're actually drinking. In fact, I've been making it at about half strength, and it's still almost Altoid level. But not icky. My only negative comment is that it is sweetened, so you can't do the level of sweetness to your own liking, and I don't care for very sweet things at all. But that's minor. All in all, I like this product because it's drinkable without juice, and it forces me to drink more water--like I say, I mix the whole scoop with about 2 and a half times the water they say to. I cannot imagine drinking it at the "undiluted" one glass of water one scoop amount--it would be too minty and sweet. I don't mean for this review to sound so negative. I really like this and will be using it from now on--no more searching for the right powder. I don't think it would be a good addition to a smoothie or other juice drink, because the mint and sweet would overwhelm, but if you're like me and just want a water additive for plain H2O, this is the way to go!

I recently saw a nutritionist for a few months and he made a lot of improvements to my diet. I've been eating much healthier since, but the one thing he strongly urged me to do was eat more greens, especially cruciferous ones. Kale, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, as well as other nutritious fruits/vegetables like carrots, spinach, raspberries, apples, grapes, etc. It's not that I don't like fruits and vegetables, I'm just not good at getting them into my diet at every meal like my nutritionist suggested. Sometimes a whole day would go by without any veggies in my diet! My nutritionist was adamant that my consumption of these foods would make the difference between life or death. Disease or health. It's scary and challenging to live with that hanging over your head. Enter "Greens First". I drink two small glasses of this per day (about 4 oz of water with a half scoop of greens first). Once first thing in the morning and once after I get home from work in the late afternoon. Within a week, I noticed a huge difference in my energy level and ability to focus. My eyes actually felt alert all day instead of tired as the day wore on and my body was responding, too. I like to run and I definitely felt more endurance and strength while running. It also cut my sugar cravings almost instantly (I still enjoy some chocolate now and then, but I'm not reaching for it all day like a crazy woman). Anyway, Greens First incorporates all of the fruits/veggies that my nutritionist recommended plus a lot more and it really does taste fine with water. I drink 2 small glasses because I can gulp it down in seconds, which I prefer. When I ran out and had to wait for the new one to arrive, I noticed a drop in my energy level and I even got moody and kind of sad for no reason. Once the new can arrived, I was back to being me. It truly is amazing!

This was recommended by my naturopath. It's the best tasting green powder I've tried. I like it best in pomegranate juice but I've had it in water too. It's perfect for those late afternoon tummy rumbles. More convenient than green smoothies for travel or at work but can also add to a smoothie for extra nutrients. Oh and $10 cheaper than at the naturopath.

This is a great product, I have been taking it for years. However the last time I ordered it price was $59.99 free prime delivery. Puzzling to see how much the price has gone up. The Berry flavour is same product, very sweet though, and it has remained the same price. Very disappointing how much the original product has gone in price, I will not be buying it at this price.

I have tried so many greens drinks out in the market but this is the best product ever. It is low in carbs, great level of protein and tastes fantastic, and above that, I feel energetic and great on the product. I made a mistake and sent a review thinking I was responding to a merchant that I bought a phone from, so please disregard the review on this site as it was a mistake.

Hands down best tasting green powder and mixed really well stirred into water. The only thing I find strange is that my ingredient label is different than pictures online. I chose this product because it contained pine bark extract and the product I received does not list it on the label. Odd.
