Silver gelatin sheets 50g

I use these for a very specific icing recipe I make and it is the best icing I’ve ever made. I haven’t been able to find them in a grocery store so I just order them from Amazon. They are a little bit on the expensive side but the pack comes with enough that it lasts me a long time.

These made perfect windows for my lil gingerbread house this year! Won 1st place! Had to use edible materials so worked great. Easy to work with and cut with scissors.

Kids like it to make gummy bears.

It works well! I am satisfied with this product for making my tiramisu cheese cake. Used it for the mousse layer on the top, stable and no weird flavors.

I decided to try out these Haodong Beef Silver Leaf Gelatin Sheets to make homemade marshmallows because I heard they were easy to use. You get 20 sheets in a pack, and they're supposed to be really good for making things like jellies and mousses. The texture they give is amazing! My desserts came out feeling really professional and fancy. But, here's the thing - they cost about 11 dollars. That seems like a lot for gelatin, especially when I'm used to the powder kind that's cheaper. Even though the texture upgrade is cool, I'm thinking about going back to the powder gelatin. It does the job and saves me a few bucks. If you're okay with the price and want your desserts to have that extra smooth feel, these gelatin sheets might be worth a try. But for me, I might stick to what's more budget-friendly.
