I use these for installing magnets into projects to keep track of magnet polarization!

This was small for high school students hands, but their size was okay. I had them sort iron fillings from a mixture using the magnets. They worked, my students liked the 2 colored ends, and tge lab was a success.

Cheap and barely has any magnetism. South falls off north if help up… won’t hold own weight and they’re tiny. Disappointed kids can’t even learn about managing with these things. Don’t buy.

I bought these for a little school experiment for my son. To start off they are a lot smaller than they look. The magnets are pretty weak and came from China originally. The blue and paint immediately started flaking off, paint flakes containing lead was definitely a concern for me. I gave it 2 stars because it got the job done (for a 2nd grade extra credit assignment) but went into the trash right when we were done. Don't buy these if you're looking for quality magnets children can actually touch. *Update: After my initial review the company reached out to me within 24 hours wanting to make it right. They offered several different solutions. After I responded to their email, I received a response within 1 hour. I will say that this company has awesome customer service and were extremely apologetic I wasn't happy with the product I received and really did just want to make it right (perhaps it could have just been a defective item as things DO happen). I'm updating my original 2 stars to 4 stars based on the experience I had dealing with the company.

The poles were labeled N,S, making them a valuable teaching tool.

Magnets are as described with poles clearly marked. However, these magnets are very weak and hence did not work for some of my daughter's science experiments. The magnets are weak enough that if you put them on your fridge door, they just slide down. This is disappointing given the price we paid for this.
