In order to keep the textured metal posts on the rocker from digging into the plastic supports, making it unusable after a short while, encase those posts in heat-shrink tubing. Something like insulating tape will also work, but it will have to be replaced frequently since the friction will loosen the adhesive.

We received this today and there was a small barb sticking out of the metal bar that braces the phone from behind. When sliding the phone out it left a long scratch mark across the backs of both my and my wife's phones. I did not notice until it had scratched up both of them already. Very disappointed. We also only chose this brand since the other one we saw(which was cheaper) showed a rubber band on the swing that was needed to hold the phone in. This one did not show that, so we thought it may be better, however this one does have a rubber band that is necessary too. I regret ordering this item instead of the other one that was a better price. The item does work for Pokemon Go, but I believe there are many other better options for a better price that would NOT scratch up my phone. Do not buy.

I have been using for a month now, it works great, Been hatching pokemon eggs like crazy, gave it a four instead of five only because it has no way to charge phone while in cradle.. otherwise works as it should...
