I have a long second toe on both feet which develops a layer of hard skin on the tip due to rubbing against the shoes and often causes pain when walking. I use Silipos Digital Caps as shown in the photo and find that they provide great relief.

If anyone wants these for their big toe, buy the XXL because the L/XL are the same size as the Medium but a lot dearer!

Keep buying them & giving them to elderly friends as pressies. Not romantic I know but feedback is these toecaps provide welcome pain relief. Recommended to me by orthotic specialist.

These caps have been soothing and provided good protection for badly damaged fingers. They were recommended by the Occupational Therapy Department at the hospital where a family member is being treated.
