I would say this pill is the size of a baby aspirin, albeit a little thicker. It is very easy to swallow. This supplement is medically necessary for me to take because of other medications I must take. It is a reliable, economical way to get the supplemental coverage I need. I have had no issues with taking this whatsoever.

I do my blood test once a year and it always comes back perfect for my iron I take two of these two irons and two vitamin d and 3 vitamin c and it works out perfect for my iron blood test

I really think this is an amazing value for the money. I lack the MTHFR gene so I need to supplement the nonmethylated versions of vitamins for proper absorption. I could feel the difference within a week of starting to take them. First it was improved mood and focus, and I noticed that I started feeling like I needed my antidepressants and antianxiety meds less which is huge. The pills are easy to take, they are super small and don't have a taste or odor to them and I don't have any weird side effects from them. I have felt more energetic and just like my body is much more resistant to getting sick since starting these daily.

Excellent product for a smooth ride on productivity although i took a second dose at the 8 hour mark as I dont sit down for work and family committments and have move toward the higher dose for this product line
