I’m an ulta runner and rubbish with replacing electrolytes as I thought it was only gels and drinks which can be used which I don’t like. After a bit of research I came across these and they came recommended in running magazines. Thought I’d try them. I tried them on 2 training runs, 40 and 50 miles and in all honestly they were brilliant. I’ve never felt so good at the end of a long run. The flavour was nice and fresh and they dissolved in the mouth easily and didn’t taste chalky at all. Used them for a 24 hour run and they were spot on, I felt great at the end. The only thing I’d say, if you’re doing an ultra then get 2 flavours as I got a bit bored with the flavour on a 50 mile run. Now if I’m a bit tired or drained I’ll pop a couple in my mouth even for a 10k run. Highly recommend these.

Taste good as far as electrolytes go. Work well for me when i need them. I did buy a smaller carrier to bring around with me so I didn't bring whole pot and avoid dampness

Those are good but sadly watermelon flavour are not. Tastes horrible, I had to spit out. Lost my £16,ordered both but only one bottle can use

I received a newer version of these which are fine but are a different colour now and don’t taste as good as the previous white tablets they used to produce. Bit more of a vitamin tablet/powdery taste now but okay. Just not as tasty as previous ones. Couldn’t find anywhere here that explains the need for this change so hopefully they are just the same. I dont use these for exercise so can’t comment on that but I have POTS, a condition where higher salt intake is necessary, and these help massively. Great way to get salt levels up and hydrate quickly without having to make up drinks or deal with bad tastes. I think these taste great, very tart, almost sour sweets type taste but I like that. Would give them 5 stars if not for the price. Very expensive for what I would need them for. I would be doing in £20 a week if used them to full extent to what would be needed for my condition. If they were cheaper I’d be buying these every week. Wish I could get these on prescription!!

Effective hydration, especially after workouts or during travel. The flavour is lovely.

Always use them whilst running or cycling especially when it's hot. They are very good and the chewable form makes them easy to take. They are effective up to a point, when it's very hot I take the actual tablets from the same make.

I have POTS so these have been great when having symptoms and wanting a quick response. The flavour was lovely too. They also do them in small packets for your pockets.

Fantastic for any cramp in your body. Just chew two. I have always had terribly painful cramps in my calves that strike in the middle of the night. Problem solved when my Marine brother told me about SaltStick. He explained about electrolytes. Now I am never without them.

I’m on a diabetic medicine that depletes my fluids and I don’t like drinking electrolyte drinks as they all taste too salty to me. This is a perfect solution. It has helped me come back to my clear and quick thinking. I was also getting a little bit of wooziness when standing up quickly. That’s gone now. I love the peach flavor — they remind me of the old-fashioned sweet tarts!

I crunch on these while playing pickleball. Good flavor and makes me more thirsty so I drink more water.

Seems to really work. I've tried these for my hot flashes/overheating that have happened to me while working in the heat outside in my garden. They, combined with water do seem to help me recover faster. Overall, I'm very pleased.

I didn’t want to drink sports drinks nor electrolytes liquids to hydrate myself so I was very happy to have found this product. All have to do is to chew. It’s easy to carry, too. Highly recommended
