I've had this phone case for almost a year now and I think it is fantastic. This case is easy to fit, you simply slot the phone into the housing and clip the back protector onto it. It has covers for headphone and charger slots so you can open them when you need to access the ports and can close them and waterproof the phone when not in use. It has a clear front screen protector and the back protector is also clear which is great because it means you can still see the irridecant phone colour which I think is so pretty. The fingerprint sensor still works well through this case and I have no issues with touch screen functionality. It does add some weight and makes the phone significantly thicker, however I find the S10+ can quite easily slip from my hands so the extra thickness helps make the phone easier to hold. I have used this case whilst snorkelling, it kept my phone dry. However, it did mess with the touch screen functionality whilst underwater. The touch screen wouldn't work correctly and whilst videoing, the camera kept flipping from rear to front camera as the screen was recognising phantom touches whilst in the water. Today I left my phone unattended for minutes and my puppy managed to get hold of it! You can see in the pictures that he has scratched the front protector in multiple places and has bitten clean through it on one corner. However, there is not one scratch on the phone itself which is excellent, I am thrilled! Despite the case now being badly scratched, it does not impact the functionality of the phone and the touch screen is still working well. I will be buying a replacement as soon as possible because I think this phone case is so great. It's a shame there isn't a colour for the outer casing that matches the irridecant S10 model!

Well Drop-proof it is Not!! Phone fell in my home today and now looking at a cracked screen??? Money back guarantee??? Not happy. As I even ordered for other friends and family that "it's the perfect case for longevity of phone life 😔. So I thought until I actually took the phone out. To my surprise it's in Prestigious condition!!! Not a scratch!!! The case took all the force. I will definitely keep recommending this product 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. I'm amazed I definitely thought my phone had seen the last good day. Fingerprint scanner is a bit temperamental due to the fact I refuse to take off the initial screen protector that is standard with a new phone. Recommended 100% Yes!!!!

Excellent case, keeps mobile safe, albeit a bit chunky. Front cover has a curios notch at the top centre, which doesn't obscure the screen but still annoying. Suspect the cover is also used for other makes of phone that need that notch. Because its thick case not all sound jacks will fit. Fingerprint reader excellent. The best I have used so far.

Very good phone case, sturdy and keeps my phone clean and safe. Finger print reader (for me) doesn't work at all but facial recognition and pin code is good enough for me to use, recommend this case

Quite disappointed with this case. You spend alot of money on a beautifully designed phone and then this case arrives. Ok so no problems with the packaging, no complaints, but when I opened the box my smile disappeared. Greeted with what is only fair as saying cheap plastic case in two halves. The screen and rear cover is a baggy mess, when the phone is secured in the case looking through the case hurts your eyes, light reflecting from everywhere due to the Ill fitting, baggy screen that comes with this. Just generally looks and feels cheap and nasty. Couldn't use the finger print reader because the sticky tab is too sticky to allow it to touch my screen. Overall really disappointed purchase, reboxed and returned straight away

Case initially worked for the fingerprint scanner, but only on occasion. Stopped working all together after approx 2 weeks. Very sturdy and waterproof case works well, easy to clean too.

Upon opening I was incredibly happy with is Product, the case looked very Durable and Sleek. This is by far the best phone case I have bought for one of my mobile phones. The fingerprint scanner is works perfectly, only this is you can see a Circle in the screen protector for the fingerprint scanner when on a light background but its something I can live with, the screen protector is have clear and does not affect the screen in anyway. The button on the side of the phone are sturdy and easy to use. All in all an excellent phone case will buy from this company again when I get an upgrade :)

I bought this product as a way to protect my screen and phone without compromising the fingerprint scanner. The screen protection is just a thick sheet of plastic which is stuck down where the fingerprint scanner is located on the screen. It will prevent scratches but cracked screens, I wouldn't risk it. The case is self isn't too bulky and feels good in the hand with a fair amount of grip. The problems that I faced with this case are that the finger print scanner is no longer working. It worked for a few hours then it stopped and now now struggles to work. The cut outs are not suitable for my headphones which have a 90° angle plug in. Also the bottom speaker is covered. This case isn't suitable for daily usage but possible when it is needed it would be best (swimming or outdoors)

I am really liking this case and I feel it is very durable.
