Great Experience
I had purchased this clock and when I received it, I was disappointed as the clock would stop working every 3rd day. So I approached the customer care and was pleasantly surprised how they promptly resolved the issue and sent a brand new clock. I have been using the same for around a month now and it has been working perfectly ! We rarely get such an amazing customer service, will truly recommend the product !

Pathetic after service *DO NOT BUY THIS*
Visually the clock is fine. But my clock stopped working within 8 months of purchase and the after service for claiming warranty is just pathetic. Firstly there’s no one you can talk to, you can only email or send a message via WhatsApp. Both of these mediums are often ignored by the agents and no body bothers to reply. Been more than 2 weeks since I messaged and the only response I’ve gotten so far is that my complaint has been registered. No update whatsoever. And all follow ups have been ignored. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING THIS!!!! If you’re looking for a premium clock, look at Titan
