This cutting board is exactly what I wanted. It is heavy, very well made, and extra large. Perfect to put on my stove top or island. The colors is absolutely beautiful. Worth every penny.

Really nice board. Time will tell if it passes the durability test but I is a beautiful band I’d definitely buy it again. Be sure you get a lot of oil for it as mine was very thirsty. Literally used a pint of it on two boards before they quit absorbing it!

This is an update of the first review i did. Apparently the wood is not that solid and sturdy. There appears to have a crack in the middle of the cutting almost splitting the cutting board horizontally. I just notice it today after 2 weeks of using it. I didn’t drop or hit the board with any blunt object. Poor craftsmanship. It wasn't been a month since i bought this.

Bought this board in July of 2024, first one arrived and looked like it had been used and returned to Amazon. I sent that one back and got a replacement. Second one arrived in great condition. Board has been great, solid cutting surface. We clean after each use and oil/wax the surface on a regular basis. This morning (May 8, 2025) went to use it and noticed a long crack that had formed. Contacted the manufacturer about their 1 year warranty but have not heard back. Update: Manufacturer was great on warranty, took about a week or so and had a new board at my door.

after one month's usage, I confirmed that this walnut wood cutting board is a definitely a big plus to my kitchen! Besides the attractive texture and easy of usage, the board is hard enough to be durable and also avoid blunting the knife blades. The juice groove feature helps a lot in catching excessive liquid when I prepare some fruit slice and newly wash vege. As the main person doing the cooking for the family, this board not just demonstrates its daily functionalites, but also make cooking in the kitchen less messy and more enjoyable. highly recommended!

3 years if daily use and it's still my main board. Satisfied with how it's kept up. There was a bit of splitting early on which was a concern but it did not get worse and were hairline splits(not even noticeable on the images) There is some warping but not noticeable. I put underneath but due to my counter being more warp then the board. The size is extremely convenient. I hated searching for cutting boards and this one solved my problem so i would recommend it. I honestly want another one. For context: When i bought the board is applied Boos Mystery oil and Boos Board Cream. However I stopped applying a few months into using it. Maybe that factored into it lasting longer. I applied it again when I noticed splitting and warping but for a brief period of time. When I wash the board I for the most part leave it standing vertically against something so it can dry without water seeping into the board. I wash it as if it was a plate, with dish soap. I make sure to dry those grooves for fingers so water doesn't pool there.

I’ve had this Azrhom 18x12 walnut cutting board for a couple of weeks now, and it’s proven to be a solid addition to my kitchen. The walnut wood is attractive and has a good feel—hard enough to be durable but not so hard that it’s tough on knife blades. That balance matters if you cook regularly and want to preserve your edge. The juice groove helps keep liquids in check when slicing meat or produce. I also like the finger grips and that the board can be used on both sides. It’s a practical size—large enough for everyday prep, but still easy to handle, clean, and store. For the quality of the wood and the overall design, it’s a good value for the money. Well-built, functional, and looks good on the counter. No complaints.

It was very good for a few months, after that a tiny gap started to appear in the joint where two pieces of wood are glued together. Now these pieces are not connected in that area, one is a bit higher than other. Surface is not even, food is getting stuck inside, it's difficult to clean. For that price I would expect a better quality and a longer life from this item.

the board was ok., however the contract was not completed the bonus non lip pads were not delivered with the board the nonsense to go to to get the pads was to lengthy so I am not happy with the purchase. H. Uschakov

I’d had my eye on this cutting board for a while, hoping to find something small enough for a child to use comfortably and made of walnut — a wood I’ve read is great for cutting boards. The size seemed perfect, so I eventually decided to go for it. When the board arrived, the experience was underwhelming right from the unboxing. It came in a gift box that had clearly been opened before, which made it feel like I wasn’t receiving a brand-new item. While there were no visible knife marks, the presentation left a lot to be desired. The board itself felt unfinished — rough and dry, with a surface that didn’t seem properly sanded or sealed. It wasn’t unsafe per se, but definitely not what I’d expect from a premium product. Despite that, I chose to keep it since the size worked well for quick kitchen tasks like slicing cheese or cutting a bun. Unfortunately, after just over a month of very light use — and proper care with food-grade mineral oil — the board cracked along a seam. I have another walnut board from a different brand that’s held up beautifully for over a year, so I’m confident this wasn’t due to misuse. It really felt like a flaw in the construction. I had read in reviews that other customers were able to get replacements for similar issues, so I contacted customer service. Unfortunately, they informed me that since the 30-day return window had passed, there was nothing they could do. It was frustrating to feel dismissed after spending over 100 Canadian dollars (before tax and fees) on a board that didn’t last. Postscript: After further communication, the seller did eventually issue a refund — which I genuinely appreciate. That said, the overall experience rather still disappointing.

Very well made, very well packaged, pretty enough to gift without wrapping. Would have given 5 stars, but for the price, which is high, but for me, worth it. It even comes with complete care instructions ( to a level of detail that I've never seen before) It is also completely seasoned and sealed on arrival. So just wipe and use.
