Doubtful at first but proved better then expected.
I’ve been looking for a while for something to keep my long hair neat and tangle free while out for a ride on the motorbikes. Most hair wraps are just that, and take time to tie or snap up all the while trying to keep stray hair out of the way. But with THIS neat little bundle came along,.. it didn’t look promising at first - it was rolled up neatly but it seemed a bit too tight and I put it down, ..until my next ride which came up unexpectedly, in a rush I grabbed it and surprised at how easily it was to put on. It felt a bit loose at the top so secured it with a couple of hair bands. I thought it would hang rather stiff, but it was rather soft and it swayed across my back gently. I reached back to pull it around over my shoulder to see if it was falling off, but it was perfectly secure. I am VERY HAPPY with this purchase, and see myself buying another, perhaps the red one next time, OR! find a PURPLE one! (Added later Note: The first time I tried it was immediately upon opening the package, it was flimsy and it was a complete failure, however, when I was getting ready for a last min ride I grabbed it, situated it at the end of my hair as it showed, grabbed it with an iron grip and started forcing it to roll up, and then was surprised at how quickly it went on. To begin.. I forced the last 2-3 inches of my hair into the rolled-up, bun-shapped wrap with the ‘tail’ end hanging down I pushed the hair into the doughnut, when it came through the bottom I grapped it and gave it a vice-grip as I begin to unroll it).

Horrible
I was very unsatisfied with this product. I bought this to wear while riding my motorcycle, I have really thick, long hair down to my butt and thought this would be perfect to hold it all in so I don’t get knots and tangles from the wind (even just braiding it and leaving down my back I get little knots that end up ripping out when I brush it) so I was very excited to use this. When it arrived it was much smaller and tighter around than I expected, I didn’t think I could even get it around my hair, but I managed to roll it up from the end of my pony to the top like the instructions said. I secured it at the bottom and top of the pony tail with a hair tie and scrunchy. It was sooo tight and hard to get on, I already was thinking I might never use it again because I thought it would be a more convenient and quick thing, but then I thought maybe it was meant to be very tight like that to actually hold on better. I go for my ride to work and once I arrive I get off the bike and go to grab my hair in the wrap to take it off only to find it wasn’t there... it had come off at some point, I’m guessing on the freeway.. my beautiful long hair was a HUGE rats nest! It took me about 30 mins carefully brushing my hair to get all the tangles and knots out.. I lost a lot of hair in the process. And also lost my favorite scrunchy, a hair tie, and the wrap... it ruined my whole day and was left with nothing to secure my hair for my ride home.. overall horrible experience, would not recommend this product if you have a lot of hair. If you do buy, Maybe braid hair first Incase it comes off so your hair isn’t destroyed.

MY GIRLFRIEND IS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH HER THICK HAIR GETTING IT TO FIT. THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT FOR FINE HAIR,
I bought this Item for my Girlfriend to keep her Hair out of the way when she is at work because it is very Hot in the Tire Plant where she works, From the photos in the Ad it looks like it would hold someone's hair that is thick. . When we got the product I could barely get my first finger in the small end so to get her Hair to go through this end will be some what of a Job, I called her last night to see if she was able to make it work and she said that she could not get in put on her hair alone she would have to get her Daughter to try to put it in for her before she has to go in for work. . This is a Good made product but not for anyone with a lot of Hair or Thick Hair, I think it would work great if you have Finer Hair but for us we can only give it 3 Stars because it at this point will not fit thick Hair, My Girlfriend said for me not to send it back she is going to try and work with it and see if she can come up with a way to make it work but even she can not get her fingers inside the small end at his time to pull her hair through it so she can roll it up her hair to see if it does what they say it will do. . Maybe I can come back later and do a Update to this post after she works with it a little while but as for now this is our post about this product. . Thank you for taking time to read it.

Easy to use, very effective
I have hair to my waist that I like to keep braided. This protects it from the wind perfectly. I also have a hightail on my helmet but I use this more often as it can be difficult to get all my hair in the hightail. It’s awkward. I love this pony tail sleeve.

Great Hair Protection
The Wrapter works very well on my hair. My hair is very thick and very long - almost to my waist like in the model - but of course I have more grays (I think I have a few years on that model)! ;D I always start with a ponytail with binder at the base (closest to scalp) - then I braid my hair (doesn't matter how tight or loose) and bind it again at the end - finally, I start with the Wrapter on the bottom and then unroll it up until it's over the base (closest to scalp). Mine never slips and it does protect my hair from breakage. I wear mine to bed and whenever I'm working around the house or in the garden. Some of the reviews I read were written by bikers who report theirs flying off once the wind picks up. I can't imagine mine flying off. If I had problems with that, I would put the binders in my hair the way I always do, put on the Wrapter on and then add a pin through the Wrapter material and base binder (near base of neck) to hold it to my hair. I'm positive it wouldn't come off of my hair. Also, as far as thickness ... I'm puzzled that people with thick hair can't get it over their hair. It would help to see what they're doing in pictures. I have no problem rolling it on by myself in seconds... The reason I gave this a 4 star review is because it would be nice to purchase more colors/designs. Since I have dark hair, I'd look for dark colors and patterns. Not a fan of skulls, gore or camouflage. It would be great to coordinate with pajamas and/or casual clothes to wear around the house and in the garden. Thanks for this product!

Stays put, looks cute and protects hair.
I have had this wrap for two years and wear it for work at a tree farm. It helps to protect my hair from the hot sun and the dust. There is a ton of dust that blows as we load and move nursery products around. This wrap is a little hard to get on, but once you get used to doing it, it is not so bad. It does stay put when on. I will be buying more.

Good idea
My hair is waist length, wavy and very thick. I tried many times the ends are so small I couldn't get it through. I did finally get it through with a topsy tool and as you roll it up (you start at the bottom)my layers looked like some kind of frizzy mess with ends sticking out everywhere. I think I will try wetting it like one reviewer did. I wanted something quick I have a convertible and thought I could pull my hair through and just go. Like I said good idea but a lot of work to get it on your hair.

Too hard to use
It's very tight and difficult to get your hair into. I can literally barely get my index finger into the rolled tube that you're supposed to put your hair into-and I could wear it around like a ring because it wouldn't fall off. Yes, you need it to stay on your hair, but how to get it on! I feel like it needed one of those ponytail threaders they used to sell for flip ponytails. I was able to fight it onto the tip, and painstakingly unroll it-nothing like the image on the instructions where they are touching it with the tips of two fingers-Even pulling hard in a way I would never be able to do if it were on my hair doesn't unroll it at all-it just stretches out. You have to manually unroll it, turn by turn. Several people I know there is no way they would be able to get their hair into that tiny tube. One friend would need three to hold all her her hair. I'm sure pigtails would not even work. I thought I found a solution-albeit expensive-for motorcycle riding, but I think I'm going to have to send this back, because I can't see it being functional. I'm sad.
