Jupiter Elliptical Trainer Machine

So far, so good. The perfect elliptical trainer. Another bonus is the easy to follow instruction manual that comes with it.

When I received the machine, it's missing several screws and bolts. I contacted the manufacturer and they responded quickly and sent me the missing parts shortly. After I assembled the machine, it shows the back plastic cover does not match the frame with a half inch mismatch. When I start to use it, the left paddle makes a crack noise. The overall quality is rather disappointing. It's been over 5 months now. I normally use the machine once a week. The noise gets worse. If I adjust the stride, the whole machine creaks like crazy. The other thing is that the pipe that links the front and the back is in the way that separates the two paddles too far apart. I really wish if there is a way I can return it but it's heavy to move. Very disappointed.

Overall a very solid, commercial-grade elliptical trainer! This is truly gym quality, easy to assemble (despite some inaccuracies in the manual) and easy to use. PROs - solid quality, welded joints, heavy steel construction, ball bearings everywhere, this thing is built to last - easy to assemble, comes mostly pre-assembled, total assembly time 1- 2 hours (a 2nd person is helpful!) - comes with all the assembly tools needed, nice! - easy to use, feels very smooth during operation, definitely well engineered - very well packed with tons of foam blocks, cardboard, plastic wrap etc., even comes on its own palette CONs - assembly instructions contain a few inaccuracies, for example parts 313 and 315 are switched, the assembly of parts 820/857 is wrong as well - the head-unit works with smaller and medium phones but the new large iPhones, Lumias or Android phones are too big to fit One more gripe: the delivery company gave a 4h window and then showed up late without notifying us :(

The elliptical is far superior in meeting exercise needs than the treadmill. Very happy with the Yowza Jupiter Elliptical.
