Purchased Nov 2022 and still going strong!
This cat perch is the best! Very sturdy if installed probably and doesn't have strings in the way of kitty jumping on the platform. The best part is it's easy to take down at night and reassemble in the morning. With the supports and rails being metal, this will hold up for years to come. Worth it!

Cats love it
Great product. Cats love it. They were iffy about it at first, but after about a week, they realized how cool it was and now they take turns sleeping on it. Suction cups work great, but you have to follow the instructions on soaking them. Windex your window first or else they won't stick right. 2 out of 4 of the cups came off about 4 months in, but just soaked and put back on the window. Honestly great and simple product.

Cats love
My cats hang out in the window all day sunbathing. Easy to assemble and clean, just make sure to check the suctions every once in a while (my cats have fallen but thats my fault). Easy to fold up to get out of the way, the rods are very sturdy.

Good Perch, TERRIBLE Instructions
Okay, so I have some positive things to say, and a few negative things to say. Overall, I think this is a pretty decent buy. I would recommend it. PROS: As you can see in the pic, I got a pretty big boy and he is able to sit on it with ease (it’s not bending I promise, I am just dumb and didn’t put it up straight). That is 100% a win in my book because I was terrified it wouldn’t hold him and it does!! Also, the suction cups stuck instantly to the window, but they are not a pain to remove if you want to move it. CONS: The instructions are USELESS and WRONG. I repeat: THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE WRONG. First, it doesn’t tell you that before you connect the two “U” brackets, you need to slide each side into the two pockets on the mesh. (Pain in the butt to do btw, if you have someone to help it would be better) Then it ACTIVELY gives you the WRONG information by saying make sure the holes are facing up. THE HOLES NEED TO BE FACING DOWN. The iron bars have to hook into the holes on the underneath, so idk why it says up but it is wrong. I literally have my mesh upside down because, like I said, it said holes facing up and I put the top of the mesh facing up, and the mesh is too much of a pain to try to redo. Once the brackets are connected inside of the mesh and the Velcro fastened, attach the suctions to the bars on the “U” brackets and attach to the widow. Do not try to attach the bars before putting base on the window because it will not work well. Work one side at a time with the bottom by hooking the metal bars into the suction cup (part with the 90 degree angle goes on the cup) attaching cup to window, and then pushing it up under the base and into the hole. If you find that putting in the second bar causes the first bar you put in to fall out, it means your second suction cup is up too high and is pushing the base up too far. Just lower the second suction cup until both bars stay. It is surprisingly sturdy even though you think it won’t be when you are putting it together. TL;DR: before connecting “U” brackets, slide each “U” prong into the mesh pockets, with the holes facing the bottom side of the mesh, which has the Velcro part. Attach base part to window before fooling with the support bars. If your first metal bar keeps falling out while you are trying to connect the the second one, the second bar’s suction cup is too high and just needs to be brought down a little.

GREAT FOR EVERYONE
I bought this the end of December 2020. I put this on the right side of the patio door--about 2.5 feet from the floor. I selected this one b/c the supports are below the actual perch so she would not crash into them jumping onto the perch or play with them while on the perch and possible dislodge the whole thing. My cat (bengal/main coone runt--that is NOT a runt anymore at 12.5 lbs) was not sure about this at first. She is so cautious about new things that I had to kind of "guide her through" jumping on it the first couple of times by hoisting her on it. She started out jumping on from the sides to avoid crashing into the glass, but now she is confident and jumps on it dead on perpendicular to the glass patio! OH--she gained at least 4 lbs. since I first got it and it is still strong and sturdy. (I think she actually doubled her weight since I got it--Mom loves giving her treats...) She has been trained to jump up there to let my parents (and me) get her collar on her to let her out the door. (At their age, Mom and Dad can't safely bend over, and Mom CANNOT pick her up anymore). Now she jumps up there and meows to signal her desire to go out the door-- so I guess we are now trained! But she also jumps up there to just look out into the back yard or sunbathe. Very Sturdy and Dependable. I have only taken the seat off the glass once to clean it, and that was in the Spring. The suction cups have not come off on their own. The metal support "stick" inserts stay in just fine. The only time they fell out was when I bumped it or pulled them out to completely close the blind a couple of times. When I did that it laid flat to the glass until I reinserted the support sticks. They have never come out when Gracie has jumped on it from any angle, so far. I live on the border of climate zone 4 and 5 if you are wondering about temperature changes. And I live in Iowa, so the temps change A LOT. I am planning to get another one to put on the middle glass panel of my patio door, at a higher height, so she can jump from the first one to that one and get some of her jungle energy worked out! Or to put in the glassed in front porch for her. It is cheaper alternative to the wooden cat shelves I see on "My Cat From Hell." I hope that information helps you!

Quality made!
This is an amazing product, but it just doesn’t suction like it needed to for my cat. It would possibly be better for a stronger window and less skittish cat. Overall wonderfully made and worth the money just wasn’t a hit with my cat.

Sturdy and has survive 3.5 yrs of usage
We bought it March 2022 and it’s still in great shape! We just bought replacement suction cups tho cause it’s not sticking anymore (probably from all the years of UV rays deteriorating it lol). But it lasted almost 4 years! So that’s a win for me!

Purrrrfect
Bought 9/23/2020 - Sorry, I had to. I was very hesitant because I think it was this one that had a review about potentially breaking a window because of there not being padding around the frame, but out of all the ones I looked at this still had the most promising reviews. Pretty sure someone on Facebook also said they had this one and liked it. It came with an extra suction cup, which is awesome but so far unnecessary lol easy to follow instructions, easy set up, easy to put down to close blinds or remove and put back. It holds up with all 3 cats individually (who all vary in size), the fatty snuggling with the baby, and even the zoomies. I haven't had to deal with customer service but I bet if you had any issues they'd help you out because this is an awesome product and I highly recommend it. Update 6/8/23: still going strong! It's worked on every window I've tried it on in both places we've lived now, and I haven't had to break out the extra suction cup yet. No broken windows, all happy cats!
