Aftera deepe research this device is able to connect all of my stuff. I was mainly interested in connecting my 144hz monitor and hard drives into my razer thunderbolt 3 laptop. Now I just have to connect one cable to the laptop to be able to have my hard drives with my games and use my 144hz monitor! Good device! Review: Has issues with display and internet connections - I purchased this so I could swap between my home computer and work computer easily. What I found is there are issues that cause me to constantly turn it off or disconnect it. First is the internet connection. After any computer goes to sleep, it loses the internet connection and I have to remove the ethernet cable and put it back in. Then the internet works again until it sleeps. When I contacted support about this, they said it is normal for every thunderbolt dock to do. Funny how the one my work provided didn't do this. Second is the display connection. It does the same sort of thing as the ethernet connection. Sometimes after I wake up my computer, the display is no longer registered. I have to disconnect the dock from my computer for it to re-register the monitor. When it is working, it works fine. Has enough ports (which is why I bought it) and doesn't have issues when first connected. In all though, I wouldn't buy this again, and probably skip the brand all together since they tried to say the issues I had were normal for every dock out there.

Has issues with display and internet connections

Don't believe their promise to contact in 12-24hrs
I gave it a shot, it didn't work out well. Many intermittent issues on two different Thunderbolt 3 systems, a Lenovo T14 and a Dell XPS13 with all system and firmware updates. And when I asked for support via their website, where it expressly calls out they prefer email and reply in 12-24hrs (and I used their on-site form) that didn't go as advertised either. It's been 7 days and not a peep so back it goes and I'll try some other brand. Maybe it's just a fluke but I'm not up for a round two.

Does what is supposed to
I did have one problem and that is why I took a star off. The first one I received only worked for about 15 min. The power supply went bad. I did a quick return and replace with amazon. I had a new one in two days. I have used it all day with my 2020 Macbook Pro 16. I hooked up an external drive, display, network cable, and USB microphone. Everything worked as expected. My Macbook charged up almost as fast as it does with the apple charger. I will do a follow up if I have a problem with the new power supply.

Mac User?
Don't even think of buying this junk if you're a Mac user. I called to get my issue fixed and the verdict after numerous attempt to get it working was "the docking station is not for you." When you have CATALINA, don't even bother.

Works as expected
Does everything it says it will do, without drama! what more can you ask? I just ordered a second one for the other location where i work. It won't charge my laptop, but only the laptop manufacturer's expensive proprietary dock will do that. I can live with needing two items - a power adapter and this port dock.

Everything works except for the DP connection.
Item is very light weight, portable, and looks great. Everything works except the display port. I connected to different monitors with a display port cable I'm currently using for my other pc, which works perfectly, and the monitors don't even register the connection. I really like this form factor and also the 100w PD so I'm going to replace it with a same item and see if it'll work. I'll update as soon as I get the replacement item.

MacBook Pro Dock
I currently use this with my MacBook Pro 2019 to connect it to an external display as well as utilize the USB A ports. So far it works fairly decently, I just wish a few things were changed. Even tho the dock is powered, I found that 2 of the rear USB ports didn't supply enough power over the USB to power a USB camera. Only 1 of the rear ports I was able to use. I found that it was a weird design choice to have the Thunderbolt HOST port on the front of the device. I would have liked a clean setup with no visual wires but that prevented it from happening. The dock was able to power and charge my MBP which was nice. The headset/microphone combo port worked flawlessly as well as the SD Card slot. Having that back for my MBP was nice. Overall, the dock itself was definitely plugged & play and is MUCH MORE preferred over the DisplayLink alternatives. The device itself is all plastic and feels...kinda cheap. Would have been nice to have a more premium-feeling dock, especially at the price point this is at. Overall, while the device is not high quality it did do what it advertised. I continue to use it daily despite some quality issues.
