First impression is very positive. It looks good with a clean, classic style that works well for a kid’s first watch. I got it for my 8-year-old boy’s birthday, and it feels like a simple, practical choice that he can use every day. It is lightweight, easy to read, and the illuminator is a nice feature. A great option if you want something reliable, straightforward, and kid-friendly with a timeless look.

Band size: 18mm If you can only have one watch, this is the watch I'd pick. It keeps very accurate time and can last decades of abuse, wear and water. You can also polish the face and shroud with abrasive toothpaste or fine compound if you get scratches over the years that build up. This is what every watch should be. Simple, easy to use, affordable and reliable. I've washed this in the shower, sink and worn it in the rain and have never had water ingress. I wouldn't recommend swimming every day with it or anything, as water CAN evaporate into the housing, but it's fairly easy to disassemble to clean and dry. Here are the cons: - Get yourself a better watch band. The one that it comes with will degrade from skin oils over the years and eventually break. I prefer fabric straps like nylon bands or hook & loop. - Be careful about storing or using this in temperatures below 30F / -1C. I like it really cold in my bedroom and sometimes the watch can reset at these temperatures. When warmed by your wrist, it can still happen on occasion in very cold environments, such as when riding a bike in cold weather. Keep your wrist covered in those kinds of conditions.

This is the best watch I’ve ever bought. 8 months and still going strong! For the price it’s an incredible buy. I’d spend $100 on this easily. I’m a woman and the watch fits perfectly without the band being awkward. Usually prefer Roman numerals but the switch to this face was comfortable and not irritating. Love the orange light to illuminate the screen. Love that you can adjust the date by day of the week and number, adjust the time down to the second, and tells pm from am. Is light weight. Minimal wear despite wearing 24/7. Only 1 scratch and I bang my wrist into stuff all the time lol. Will buy this watch until they stop making it. Photo was taken at time of review.

The LED backlight is surprisingly bright and makes it easy to check the time at night. Best part? The battery lasts around 7 years, so I don’t have to worry about changing it anytime soon. For the price, you really can’t beat the reliability, durability, and classic Casio style this watch delivers.

Casio F108WH watch with Nidoujin elastic band. I got sick of wearing metal watches so am trying this combo out. So far so good. The watch is simple, light weight, durable, and has everything that I wouldn't otherwise use my phone for. The elastic bands are thin, breathable, and can be perfectly adjusted. Very happy with my purchases.
