This classic magazine is a perfect escape
Southern Living is a classic. You can read this magazine from first word to last like a good novel. The articles are well done and always interesting. The recipes are treasures and the photos are beautiful. I switched to a digital format for this magazine and love that I did that. No more tearing out recipes or wondering how to preserve the articles I wanted to refer to again. My Kindle is just as pleasant to use as having the magazine in my hand and there is so much to love about it being digital including less waste with a printed version. You can't go wrong with this magazine it is a perfect escape issue after issue.

Look forward to each edition!
It is getting harder and harder to find magazines that show “cozy” decorating ideas. I am not into modern looks with their cold, hard lines. Sorry to those who do like it, but then, why are you reading this review? This magazine is a step-back to a homier time and place with reliably classic-type recipe ideas. Glad I subscribe!

Good read overall
I really enjoyed this magazine for the 2 years I received it. It had a little bit of everything I enjoy.. travel, home decor and recipes.

Best Magazine!
I've been a reader of Southern Living for many years. I love the home decorating, recipes and gardening. Also look forward to travel section every month and have found some really excellent places I wouldn't have otherwise discovered. As a southerner I just love this magazine.

Well worth a subscription!
Wonderful magazine for all interests. I have enjoyed it in both written and digital forms for many years and have used it for travel info, recipes, decor, holidays and human interest stories.

Disappointed
Southern Living used to be such a wonderful magazine and always my favorite. Now not so much. It seems they put less care into producing a great magazine. As a subscriber, I used to receive it before it was on the shelf but that's not the case now. Granted I subscribe via my Kindle but that shouldn't matter but I see from someone's Facebook post that the June 2020 copy is out but I don't have mine. Very disappointed.

Southern Living has information on a lot of subjects. Such as Home Decor with pictures , seasonal gardening ideas, and a large food section with recipes galore.
