I ordered this renewed tablet from Amazon and I couldn’t be happier. There wasn’t any dings and scratches on the tablet at all. Works great. The only thing that was bothering me was the on screen keyboard. So I had to order a keyboard to go with it. But that’s a me problem, not anything to do with the tablets function. Edit: My daughter saw mine and had me order her one. It came in the same shape mine did. No scratches or dings anywhere. She loves it. Couldn’t be happier

I was hoping this was going to work out great as a teaching computer since I love the Windows Surface product, but when it arrived, the outer box was completely crushed. The inner box was seemingly undamaged, but when I removed the bubble wrap and plugged it in, I noticed that the outer frame was dented in about 1" from the top right corner. I turned it on and I got the welcome screen that asked me 4 questions, country, timezone, etc. But when I tried to toggle through the responses and hit "next" the touchscreen didn't work!!! There was no way to get past that screen and then about 3 minutes after it turned on, it just randomly turned off and that was that. The refurbish or "renewal" they promised didn't pan out. I returned it and will try to purchase another one and hope that there are no dents on the frame and that the touch screen works!

When we received it, noticed couple of scratches , byt after contacting seller, received a keyboard as a gift, both parties are happy now

It was as advertised and was in good shape for a refurbished tablet. I've never bought a refurbished device but straight out of the box it performed as expected. Time will tell if it lasts. It was securely packaged and arrived on time. A signature was required upon delivery so every effort was made to ensure secure delivery. Happy customer.

Perfect in a lot of ways, couple of small marks on front and back of unit, but it is older and can't beat the cost of it.
