The quality of this item is superb. I love the taste and knowing all the vitamins it contains. Although It does not have caffeine, it provides me with the "pick me up" I need after a hard workout. I wholeheartedly recommend this drink.

This is the best recovery drink I’ve found! I can tell a significant difference after I drink this. Whether it’s a hard workout, or a bad hangover, this fights the sluggish feeling .....although their “Party Aid” line is geared more toward hangovers. The flavor is pretty good- I’ll give it a 4 out of 5. It’s a mild citrus flavor with a slight turmeric finish, which sounds a little weird, but isn’t too bad. You’ll want to “swirl” the drink a little because the vitamins seem to settle at the bottom. Highly recommend!!

Just received mine today. Big fan of Fitaid drinks. However, like others have stated, the cans state they do contain 40mg of caffeine unlike the pictures show 0mg of caffeine.

Flavor: I loved loved loved the flavor of this. It tastes amazing while still having awesome ingredients. Caffeine: I am caffeine sensitive. I CAN NOT drink coffee what so ever. WIth that being said the thought of drinking a caffeinated drink scared me. But i can happily report this is honestly the PERFECT amount of caffeine. It wakes me up but I have no shakes and no anxiety! I bring it to work everyday that I workout in the morning. Who needs coffee when you have fitaid?

This product checks all the boxes I'm looking for in an energy drink: 1) Great natural/earthy taste (if you're looking for a cotton candy flavored drink, stick with BANG) 2) Highly nutritious while being moderate in caffeine (and no sodium/sugar). 3) Moderately priced.

Fitaid Zero Citrus - I tried this because I have recently started lifting again and needed an easy post-workout that didn't require mixing, etc. I can't say that I notice any physical benefits but I've always done well with BCAAs in the past. My issue is the taste. It is...not good. The best thing to do is chug it even though it is slightly carbonated. I'll stick with it and finish out the case. Hopefully, I'll see recovery benefits. Otherwise, it isn't worth the cost or suffering through the taste.

Fitaid Zero recovery drink truly helps speed up after workout muscle recovery/soreness. When I drink Fitaid zero I am not as sore. I love the convenience of the can. The drink is lightly carbonated. It has an acquired taste..to me it’s slightly citrus with a light vitamin flavor. It taste MUCH better when cold.
