Great for raynauds sufferers
I have been taking this for around 1.5 months to help with raynauds, circulation issue when my toes and fingers go white. Even with the cold weather recently it hasn't happened and it can happen in the summer. I'm so pleased. I found on a forum that an old lady swore by this for raynauds though couldn't find anything online to say it helps or is meant for raynauds. Would definitely recommend to help with raynauds, took just under a month to start working
