This is definately a genuine product. Comprises of four brush heads. Reach brush heads has a differently coloured plastic ring to easily identify your brush heads if multiple people are using same machine with different heads. Chose it over other cheaper versions since i am a beginner and was not sure if the cheaper versions had bristles hard enough to be effective for electric toothbrush. Once comfortable and convinced of the efficacy of electric brush, i think i will go for cheaper versions wherein you can buy a pack of 16 for ₹550 while this is pack of four for 1150. Almost eight times more expensive

I wasnt hesitant to electric brush as I wasn't sure whether it's worth buying.. But I regret for the late realisation! This is must but if you love your teeth.. I have lots of gaps between teeth and this does wonder by propering cleaning out food particles! You always feel fresh after a brushinh with this.. One head easily comes for 4 months of rough use! Instead of paying your dental visits invest on one electric brush and pamper your teeth.. One full day charging can easily come around 3 days of brushing for 3 mins or less for two times a day!

While I do not have any issues with the quality of brush, I do however have issue with the price. Seems quite expensive to buy replacement brushes when you add few hundred rupees more and get the set!

The product is made in Germany and they sure know how to make a great product. The price is higher than international markets although not by much when you add import duties and international shipping if you order from Amazon international. The product itself is fantastic. Well built and bigger bristles. Cross action bristles cleans my teeth very well and mouth feels fresh the entire day. I use it twice a day and the first head is still going strong after 4months. It's a 4pack so that's a bonus. I use it with my battery operated oral b.

I used an Oral-B toothbrush for about ten years until it broke, at which point I bought a Sonicare because my dentist kept telling me to. I found that the Sonicare was very noisy and so vigorous that it excoriated my gums and caused them to recede, whilst also leaving a lot of plaque. The biggest problem with it was the brush shape, which was unable to come into physical contact with parts of the tooth, especially when brushing the backs of teeth or around the tooth (since teeth are not flat, they are rounded). It was so vigorous that I couldn't safely let it come into contact with the gums, so the idea is that it breaks apart plaque via ultrasound, but I found that not to be the case. After 2 years my Sonicare broke, so I bought this Oral-B CrossAction tooth brush. The difference was like night and day. After 3 days of brushing, all the plaque that had built up with the Sonicare had been removed. This toothbrush is lighter, quieter, and it and was significantly cheaper! It even looks good. The reason this toothbrush is so good is because of the shape of the brush head and the fact it oscillates. It's a shame that there is a patent on it, because this is by far the most effective electric toothbrush technology. The circular brush goes around the tooth, and the oscillating motions removes plaque. For me it's just a no brainer that it's the best toothbrush, I can see the difference in how much plaque it removes in half the time. For this reason I suspect that my dentist might have been paid to tell people to use Sonicare. I have no affiliations to either brand, and I am not a dentist. This review is based on my personal experience of using toothbrushes, so take it however you like. My personal advice is to buy ANY Oral-B electric toothbrush. It doesn't even matter which one. It's the shape of the brush and the fact that it oscillates that makes it effective. All the extra features don't really matter. In my experience you will just use one setting every day. This toothbrush does have a sensitive mode, but I haven't had cause to use it yet. I suppose if you had some surgery on your mouth then it might be useful.
