These wings work better than standard wings because the brushes glide over the pool surface and gentle rub the surface, stirring up particles, algae, bugs and small debris. I’ve used them for years & have reordered as needed.

I bought these Sweep Fins to replace the factory Hayward fins, that quit after 15 months. As the other reviews state: the plastic is much thicker, there is a larger surface, with bristles. We have only had the product for about 2 weeks, and the pool was noticeable cleaner after 2 uses. The price is worth it to me, to not have to brush the pool down as frequently.

Way better than stock wings in all respects! I can give the factory wings three and a half stars when new. These get a five star when I got them and months later in daily use, they still get a FIVE STAR rating from me!

Great idea, hayward designed theirs to create a certain suction to climb walls. This makes these not as effective for the climb and I have not seen it come out if the water line as ir used to, in lieu of gently cleaning the ground surface of our plaster pools. On a positive note, they will last longer as it has to work through the bristles. Cons, the wall cleaning and leaves get held down by the bristles allowing the cleaner to move over them leaving them behind. May be able to turn the variable speed up on the motor of the pump and play with it.

THIS IS THE 3RD SET I'VE ORDERED IN 3 YEARS. THEY WORK GREAT ON THE NAVIGATOR .

Fins are easy to install and working correctly. They aren't magic, will clean better that's all. they are slightly over sized when compared to the original which is better I suppose. My Hayward Navigator seems to like its new wings so compatibility is obvious. All in all worth the extra bucks thus far, Time will tell the true test.

The pool wasn't dirty, but after putting these wings on, there was a trail behind the cleaner of 2 tiny dust clouds spaced about a foot or so apart, where these would knock up a bit of dirt that you couldn't tell was there any other way. These will be a continually replaced part as they wear out , cuz seeing that has shown me they work. Any help against the possibility of algae growth is necessity in the summer months.

Great add on for pool vac

Last one lasts about 3 years, this is a replacement. Will buy again when this one wears out.
