Wonderful Book.

Hackett puts out a solid product as usual. I wish this was cheaper, considering Plato's Five Dialogues has more pages and costs a few dollars less.

I actually purchased this book from Amazon instead of one of their Marketplace vendors and was quite happy with the process. I ordered her college books about two weeks before spring classes began and this one was waiting for her when she arrived at school. That has not always proven to be the case.

I bought this for a class and although it's full of everything we needed for the class; I wouldn't buy it again just for personal reading.

purchased this book to get an idea of philosophy, I must say once i started to read this book i couldnt put it down, i'm now looking for a 2nd book on philosophy that is just as good as this.

I've worked with this book before. So it was just what I expected. What I didn't expect was that the package would be jammed into my mailbox by the USPS so that it was irreparably bent and folded.

Good version for intro philosophy - light and easy to read and includes core Descartes material.

As I remembered his teaching, but seemed so much shorter.

Helped with good grades!

It's not up to me to review Descartes. But being the father of Modern Philosophy, this is a must read for any student.
