Post Surgery Underwear - Men's - Tearaway Underwear

Bought this for hubby to help him get dressed in the hospital after hip-replacement surgery. And then at home he used this for weeks until the staples and sutures were removed. It made life a little simpler for him. It also helped him avoid possibly dislocating the bandages that might occur if he pulled up a normal pair of underwear or boxer shorts. Although pricey, I bought 3 pairs and they're easy to wash/hand wash. As for sizing, you might get one size larger to avoid it being tight or pressing on the bandage/scar area.

No fun having surgery but I would recommend ordering these so you have them as soon as you come home. I liked these snap ones much better than the Velcro. They are very plain but functional, luckily I only needed them for a week or two.

The design and quality of this product is awesome. Very soft. Strong snaps. HOWEVER, the sizing DOES NOT match the sizing chart AT ALL. I bought these for my father who has 2 broken legs, one of which has external rods/halo, so we cannot get regular underwear or clothing on him. I bought his regular size, based off the size chart, and they are incredibly too small. He has lost 25 pounds so his regular size should have given him plenty of wiggle room. I'm so mad because all he's wanted is some underwear under his hospital gown and these were a major disappointment. I would like to order the product again in a bigger size but I don't dare. Very expensive for one pair of underwear and then the fitment isn't as advertised. BEWARE!

Purchased for a recent knee surgery. Item works well but they fit small. I suggest going up one size.

Soft and comfortable but they run small and because of this the top buttons come undone.

These were not useful as underwear. My husband had an external fixator on his calf so pants and underwear didn’t work. They had to be completely opened to go to the bathroom. Not useful.

My son had his pelvis shattered in a horrible accident. I bout him two of these and they come in handy. Especially for transport and doctors visits. He doesn’t feel so exposed in a hospital gown. Washes well on delicate. Only issue is that it doesn’t stretch much but having the snaps makes everything easier.

This could have been a useful product but it ran too small.... Could not use...disappointing
