High quality basic flip phone
If you want a basic flip phone for making and receiving calls, sending basic SMS texts and being notified of voicemail, this is the phone for you! Intuitive menu system, chunky design, big tactile buttons make this a great option for seniors, and tradespersons that just need a basic phone. This is not a smartphone, but does have some neat features like being able to create a hotspot (depending on your carrier/plan), good speakerphone quality, and excellent sound quality on calls. Has a standard headphone jack for handsfree use or for using the built in mp3 player. Texting beyond basics uses predictive sys and is probably the hardest thing about this unit. Keep the text responses short (that's what the "s" stands for in SMS, right?), Also does support attachment of photos taken with the built-in camera, if you order the model with a camera. Also does receive texts with pictures attached, but because of the small screen, details may be lost. Overall a good value, definitely recommend!

Disappointing.
Bought this phone for my visually impaired son. He needs buttons and voice prompts which this phone did have two days ago. I DID announce who was calling and what buttons were being pressed but has lost that ability over the past week. I bought two refurbished models and will again go to the Verizon store to transfer data etc. hopefully the other one will hold up better. He had a Barrage that served him well for years...3G.

Phone is indestructible!

Stopped working after two weeks
Do not waist your money. This phone has stopped working after two weeks. It has not been dropped or gotten wet. The front screen is completely white, as is the screen when you open it. Horribly disappointed.

wrong size
the charger cord that plugs into the phone is to big and will not plug into the phone...ugh

Broke quickly
I bought it for a friend & the charging area broke in less than two weeks. Customer Service was very good & I had to send it back & it was replaced.

Great Phone
Phone came in excellent condition and is very sturdy. Reason battery was needing a lot of charging was because my son streamed on it a lot. Otherwise it is a great phone easy to use

Don't buy
This stopped working after using 1 day and couldn't return it... no service tried reaching customer service no avail......
