I've had my Herman Miller Aeron desk chair for over 20 years. Changing the wheels made it new again. I didn't realize what a difference it would make until I got a set. I'm very happy with them. It was incredibly simple and easy to remove the old ones and pop in the new ones.

These are exactly what I needed for my Herman Miller Aeron chair! Snapped right on and work silent and smooth!

Casters are better quality than the ones they replaced. Easy to install. Don't seem to be made with the cheap material which caused the original ones to fail (fall apart). Would have given a 5 if the price was a bit more reasonable.

Couldn't figure out what we kept finding on floor; finally figured out it was the casters falling apart on about 25 year old Herman Miller chair. These worked great, perfect rolling now and no mysterious rubber / plastic to pick up.

My new office chair is not a Herman Miller Aeron Mirra chair. Heck, it isn't a Herman Miller chair at all. It's a cheap no-name import chair and the casters that came on the chair were cheap too. I've been using it for about a month now and they have already stopped rolling. I've noticed that what appear to be the very same casters are available here on Amazon for around $10 for a set of 5. These Herman Miller casters installed effortlessly, they fit perfectly and glide smoothly across my chair mat. It is as if they were made specifically for my chair. I couldn't be happier with the quality, fit or functionality. Oh, and they look great too.

Installation was a breeze. So thumbs up to that. However, when I started using it, it felt significantly different than the original. If the original was a 9/10 in terms of smoothness, this one was around a 6-7. So it still gets the job done, just that it isn't as premium in feel as one would expect it to be.

Strangely enough at first, my oly issue was that they were rolling too easily in any direction. After so many years with crummy wheels, I had forgotten how easily a chair can roll. But that's nothing against the new wheels.
