Very mild but still flavorful
If you have small children or grandparents that complain about things being “too spicy” but you still want flavor - this enchilada sauce was perfect and then I could just put cholula on top of mine

use this all the time to make enchiladas casserole. Im not a super spicy person, so I buy the mild and medium, marinate the chicken in one or the other and use one or the other for layering. Ive tried other brands in a pinch but there is something weird about them. If this one is in stock im getting it. Somehow it seems to pair well with my other ingredients even if I mess up the seasoning on those. and im not an amazing cook at all! lol
