I purchased this because now I am a grown up (and a working professional) and should not be carrying around a HUGE purple jansport backpack with flowers and vines all over it (as pretty as it is). This backpack is a medium size that perfectly (and I mean perfect, see pics) fits my 13.3 macbook air (A1466) (with a thin pink felt-ish, fleece sleeve) with room for all essentials: apple macbook and phone charger, small portable battery, etc... The material is thick -- it looks and feels nice. The metal zippers and clasp are great quality for the price. The straps are thin but sturdy. Great to have lots of pockets as well :) The bad: I ordered black, but the color is more like a faded black, almost like a super dark wash jeans color. I wish they had tacked on another inch on the height. The sewing has a few minor threads sticking out. The draw strings just have a knot at the end that looks as if will become undone in time. Overall -- I would DEFINITELY recommend this to others and purchase again. The quality for the price makes it worth it.

Very nice. I recently used it for a trip, and utfit great under the seat of the plane. So I carried it plus a small crossbody purse. I could have had a carry on also. It is roomy. The straps are comfortable. And it's light weight. I bought the brown one.

I got this backpack to use as an everyday/work bag. I really like the look and texture of the outer fabric. Its small and has a less boxy shape than a lot of small backpacks/purses, but it will fit my 14” laptop. I don’t always carry my laptop but it’s nice that I can when I need to, I probably wouldn’t use it primarily as a laptop bag because the lack of padding/thin straps. The inner fabric seems durable, but I’ll update after some use. There are an ok amount of pockets: there is a front pocket, two side pockets that fit headphones/sunglasses, a small inside zip pocket, and two small open pockets inside. I do wish it had a slash/zip pocket to make it easy to throw in keys/id, but I just keep the front pocket empty and use that. The one thing that I can tell will be an issue is the clasp. It’s thin metal and a little awkward, and it will probably break just with daily use. The clasp is also attached with fake leather details which may not hold up as long as the rest of the bag. That said, the clasp is attached to D rings so will be easy to replace with an s clip. I’m really happy with this bag. I don’t think it would be good for travel since the capacity is fairly limited, and the straps aren’t very supportive for a lot of weight and could get uncomfortable. But definitely great for daily use to work or even for day trips.

I do a lot of walking and live in a city and usually have to bring a fair amount of things with me on my public transit commutes day-to-day. This bag is excellent and holds a lot of items and has many smaller pockets! It is in-between the size of a standard backpack and a purse. This bag would also work great as a personal item bag for a flight! I've not had any of the issues many have complained about in regards to the structure. I ordered the black and it is more of an "off-black" or very dark grey color rather than jet black.

It's a cute bag, and I really liked the navy blue color. Unfortunately, the straps are a different shade of blue entirely and they kind of clash with the bag. They would also limit the colors you could wear this with. So I'm returning it. If you don't mind the different colors, the bag itself is nice.

Great pockets, nice size and looks just like description. One problem - I washed it (inside out with the flap and clasp inside) and the clasp broke apart! I found everything except the pin that holds it together so now the clasp doesn't work. I thought I was cautious enough. Also, the one pocket's zipper is torn at the top. See photo. So, I recommend this backpack, but I also recommend washing it on gentle cycle and/or putting it inside a laundry bag in the washer so it doesn't get thrown around so much.

Let's get to it. 1. The fabric is lightweight canvas, with no dye coming off in my hands. Huge plus! 2. Excellent construction. Ses finished, no breaking threads that I can see. 3. Zippers are solid, slide easily, and sewn in correctly. 4. Straps are well made, with fair hardware. 5. Space: Lots of it. Two pockets inside are small, however the side and inside pockets are deep. 6. Fully loaded for me it's light, much easier to carry and I feel more secure carrying this than a purse that can be pulled off my shoulder. 7. Love that it's WASHABLE! WHY I had not been using a pack this size before is a mystery to me. 😁
