I know mint sounds questionable but it really does make this good. It is so much easier to drink than without it. It just taste fresh. The mint is mild and not overpowering. It’s very doable and even pleasant. I love this company.

I didn't think I would ever try the mint Barley Max because I really love the the regular one and have been using it for over 15 years....but I said "why not?" And so I gave it a go, and lo and behold, its strong, fresh, minty flavor has captivated my taste buds! It's so refreshing, especially on those warm days after a run or an intense Insanity workout. I highly recommend you give it a chance!
