Great quality and plenty of space for multiple kids.
Love it! This play club house has enough space for several small kids at one time! It is a safe height and great quality. Kids are enjoying every minute outside now that they have this to play on. We will surely be able to use this until about the age of 5. The price was very comparable to other play sets of similar sizes and quality.

The Kids LOVE it!
I bought this for our church nursery. It took about 5 hours to put together (just my son and me). Some of the screws were difficult to get in and get tight. It took some finangling, but once we got it together and finished, it looked amazing! The kids love it. It is very sturdy and easily hold 4 toddlers at once. We like that there are two slides, kids can crawl under it, and it has all of the lookout windows. The downside is the bridge. The gaps where the bridge are are quite large and we have had several kids fall through them. It would be nice if they sold some netting or plexiglass to cover those two sides. Aside from that, it's a great purchase! Visiting kids love it. The second they open the nursery door, that is what they see. We love it and I would recommend it!

Great play set for a toddler
We had this same playset for my older daughter and she loved it so we had to get one for my little one that is 15 months old. She loves it! Has 2 slides multiple windows and crawl through spaces. Perfect size for her and easy to put together. Very sturdy and it even holds adults to crawl through and help her out as she figures it out. The hard plastic material will last for years in this Florida weather.

Best purchase ever!!
This is probably one of the best items I've ever bought for my grandkids. It is costly, but will worth every penny! My grandson son is autistic and he loves it so much!! It is pretty large so make sure you have room.

Best Toddler Playground
This playground is amazing! Perfect for toddlers! My 2-year-old loves it and was so thrilled when she received it. Shipping was fast, everything was there, and it was relatively simple to assemble. If you’re on the fence - just do it!

The Twins Love It
Although I personally have a few issues with the Clubhouse Climber, my 2-year-old twins love this playset, so I suppose that's the bottom line.My issues are as follows:1. The instructions are in black-and-white/grayscale. There are many parts to this thing and almost all of them have a different color, which leads to some confusion.2. The instructions were loose-leaf and need to be stapled together in a booklet. There are over 60 steps and a lot of pages, so confusion and losing one's place is really easy. Seriously, I know the economy is crappy, but can't you splurge a little and invest in some staples? Your customers will love you for it. (Of course, it could be that mine was the only one ever produced without stapled directions. Who knows?)3. Most of the parts are blow-molded plastic. Not a problem. However, it is a relatively thin plastic, given its purpose. I'm particularly concerned with how much give is in the steps. My 27 lb. son makes it bow a little when he jumps up and down on it.These issues were mainly dealing with assembly, obviously. Now that the thing is assembled and the kids are playing on it, though, these problems are gradually fading from my memory. Now, when we take the twins out in the backyard, the first thing they yell for is their "house," and they bolt toward it, bypassing all the other toys. This was definitely a worthwhile investment, despite all the cursing that went into assembling it. :)

Expensive but worth it.
We were looking for a toddler playset/slid combo but there is either the small/cheap ones or this expensive big one. Well Amazon had it for the best price even when step2 had it on sale for Easter bc Amazon had free shipping. It took a little over two weeks to arrive at a time I was able to pick.Shipping: The shipment was delivered by a large delivery truck similar to FedEx. The guys called 15 mins before arriving which was fine but was told the night before half hour. The boxes were barely staying together and had multiple large openings and tears. They couldn't even pick up the boxes bc they weren't staying together. They kinda dropped it off the truck and slid it into my garage.Assembly: I put together the playset by myself. It's not easy so I would recommend finding a friend. It took 2 hours to complete. The directions aren't super clear so double check with the Amazon pictures of how it should look. I used a screwdriver to start most screws and finished with a screwgun. If I didn't use the screwgun my arms would have given out. When installing the bridge don't tighten the bolts fully as you may need to adjust when the walkway goes in. You will need a ratchet with a 1/2" socket and extender besides the screw driver and screwgun. It comes with the Allen key needed.I only received one damaged item (skylight). It's not a big deal as it's really just a window and can be installed easily once I receive the replacement. I emailed step2 this morning with all the details of my order and a few hours later received an email saying they will send a replacement part. Much easier than waiting on hold with 13 people ahead of me.The steering wheel turns. You have to properly install it for it to work. The cap that holds the steering wheel is what the screws hold down. Do not put the screws into the steering wheel or it won't turn.Kids: I have two little ones, both are under 3 but are big for their ages. They like it and it's a good size for them. They do have room to grow with the playset. This playset doesn't have tall platforms like others we looked at (was worried about kids falling off) but it's large enough for three kids to play on it at once.Overall I'm happy with my purchase. I'm not happy that there wasn't anything between this $600+ playset and a $200 small playset. I like that it's not high off the ground and the bridge has high railings. The slides aren't tall so the kids don't really get a great ride down them but that's not an issue for me. The weight of this playset is good and not worried about it turning over. I can move it to mow but it's not super easy to move that a child can do it. I gave 5 stars because step2 responded to my email about the damaged part right away and it's a solid playset.UPDATE: it’s been 3 years and I wanted to give a follow up. The play set still looks like it did the first day we got it. The color has not faded and no issues at all. All the metal components are rust free and my kids who are now 4 and 5 still like to play on it even when they also have a full size swing set with a bridge and two massive slides. I usually just hose it down to clean out insets or pollen and let it dry in the sun.We def got our money worth with this play set!
