Damn Good Pancakes — Uncle Buck Approved
“These pancakes are damn good. Fluffy, golden, and crispy at the edges — exactly the kind of breakfast Uncle Buck would flip with a shovel. You’d never guess they’re gluten free. They cook evenly, don’t fall apart, and taste rich without being heavy. I’ve served these to non-GF folks and nobody questioned a thing. This mix turns weekend breakfast into an event. If you want pancakes with confidence, swagger, and zero compromises — this is it.” — Praying to the car gods

Best GF Pancakes
This is the only way we make pancakes. They are GF and delicious. I would put them against any pancake made with wheat flour. An addition we use is to reduce the liquid a bit and add a little maple syrup to the mix when making them. Yummy!

Best Gluten Free Pancake Mix I've Found
This is by far the best pancake mix I've found that is gluten free. I found that for some other brands, the mixture ended up being too thin and/or cooked unevenly. Perhaps that is why this brand mentions to wait 10 minutes after mixing before cooking. Tastes good and while you can tell it's not a wheat flour based pancake, you can still get a bit of fluffiness. And I don't experience the grit sometimes found in other rice flour based products. Really enjoying that I can have pancakes again!

The ONLY gluten free pancake mix!
The ONLY gluten-free pancake mix that my wife gets that the kids and I both enjoy as well! It’sa little pricier but cheaper on Amazon when we buy in bulk. The other brands, in my opinion, taste off or are the wrong consistency/texture. That is not the case with King Arthur!

Tastes Amazing!!
My son suddenly cannot tolerate any gluten. I bought this pancake mix to try and it is amazing! Our entire family lives it so much that I no longer make normal pancakes. I only make these and the entire family eats them. They have eggs in them, so that adds protein and nutrients to this mix. Normal pancakes make me feel jittery and Shakey, but these make me feel energized and full. It makes a fluffy and delicious pancake. We make them with oat milk because our daughter cannot have dairy, and they're great made that way. I have also made them with normal milk before and the turned out just as great. Most of the times when I prepare this mix, I use it to make waffles. It makes great waffles or pancakes. The choice is yours. We always make sure to keep this mix on hand in the pantry.

Needs some help, but not bad
Let me preface this by saying that I'm still new to being gluten-free, and I haven't tried very many GF box mixes yet. (GF is expensive, yo!) So, I don't have anything to compare it against other than our usual easy standby pancake mix, which is a sweet buttermilk. When mixed properly according to package directions, I observed that it: -Looks like typical pancake batter -Pours like typical pancake batter -Cooks like typical pancake batter -Has the same texture as typical pancake batter and -Tastes like a typical plain type pancake batter (after cooking, of course) The flavor needs a little help, in my opinion, and I foresaw this because our usual easy add-water mix already has a lot of flavor in it; I added some vanilla extract to the liquid ingredients before mixing into the dry mix, and added some of our cinnamon/sugar combo to it. Next time I use this, I'm going to try making them with buttermilk instead of just milk. It's not bad otherwise, just me being nitpicky. However, I'm going to only give it a 4/5 because of one thing, and it's kind of a big one. We've made our own pancake mix in the past, and this really isn't any different. The only thing is that the dry ingredients are already mixed for you, and you're just adding the wet. To me, that really doesn't make this worth it to keep in the house knowing that I already have everything else to make it, and probably for a lot cheaper, GF 1:1 flour included. If this were a just add water mix, it would be a bit different, just for the ease of mixing and cooking quickly without having to make a mess or extra dishes, but it's not. So, good if you don't want to have to go through the work of finding a recipe to make them yourself (and everything that goes into it), bad if you're used to cooking from scratch anyway, and very likely already have all the ingredients on-hand. I'll use this stuff up, but I won't buy it again. I'll just adjust our preexisting pancake mix recipe for GF.
